This is an old machine, and has some obvious wear from years of use, but is in good shape considering the age and type of machine it is. 25 bushels an hour is what they say this mill cleans. So I'll do m y best to describe it. Manufactured by A.T. Ferrell& Company in Saginaw Michigan. This machine appears to operate as it should. Although the old leather belt for the turbine didn't seem to want to stay on. Since I took the pictures, I figured the correct way to run the belt, and now it works just fine. Operator error: It has an electric motor. I do not know if it was converted to electric at some point. Or if the motor is original equipment. The v-belt is frayed, and could stand to be replaced, but it does run the machine. There are a couple of places where the wood on the machine has been damaged. We ran it and checked it over and it seems to be in great shape. It has aprox 3500 hours on it. It is a Hydro drive 4 speed transmission. It has a 404 non turbo diesel motor in it. It has a chopper. Everything runs smooth the only thing it might need is a belt or 2. It was used last season without any problems. The air was working last year but it is low on freon. The Prater Pulverizer Company. Founded in 1924 near Chicago, made equipment to process feed grains for livestock and perhaps human consumption. The company still exists today as Prater-Sterling serving a broad list of industries. This is a Size 5. Model GS, Serial Number 3600] Prater Pulverizer, which is probably motor driven and hopper fed with discharge beneath the pulverizer housing. It is mounted on a steel[angle iron] frame which may or may not be part of the original manufacture. There is a visible mount location on the frame deck which appears intended for an electric motor. The information is derived from a brass data and information plate on the end of the housing. There are two screens with it separate outside the housing and a"string" of mill hammers with it. I have no knowledge of its history or use. I assume that it ... moreis operational as it would not have been purchased if it were not usable. And it has been where it now sits since its arrival. I just believe that it never was used; that would be consistent with the prior owners of this farm. I do not know its age or date of original manufacture, but it seems reasonable that it could have been pre-WWII. If not then, during or shortly after. Shipping would have to be by freight carrier or pick up at my location. For freight carrier costs for packaging or palleting and shipment to the buyer's destination will have to be determined and added to the buyers cost. MOTOMCO MODEL 919 MOISTURE TESTER WITH OHAUS TRIPLE BEAM SCALE FOR MEASUREMENT
From a local farm estate. On the sale block is this Motomco Grain moisture tester with the Ohaus scale you need to measure the right amount of grain. Apparently these are used together so they will be sold together. I do not have the manual for it but it does not look too complicated. The bottom tube with the sensor has the same serial number as the original machine meaning they were matched from the factory. I did test iti with some pistachio shells and they got the needle to move. The only issue I can see is that the window was gooped up with silicone as it was loose. It can be taken apart and reglued properly but I will let the new owner decide on that. One money buys the scale and machine. Terms: Paypal is the preferred form of payment. I will ship anywhere. Kilbros gravity wagon 200 bshl
This is a 200 bushel Kilbros gravity wagon. It has fairly new impliment tires and a really tight set of running gear(I have pulled it down the road at really good speeds and it stays straight) The box is in real good shape with some flakes of rust on the inside but not a single hole or repair from rust. The outside could use a good paint job but to me it is good to go as is. I added the little diverter to the chute so I could fill buckets out of it and the door works great. This wagon is ready for use and is in my opinoin a great deal.

Snowco feed mixer grain cart wagon
This is a Snowco feed mixer wagon with PTO unloading auger. I bought this about 3-4 years ago to get feed for the kids fair pigs. I don't need it anymore and am just cleaning the barn out. This wagon is very solid and neither the bottom or box have any rust holes. It has been kept in the barn the entire time I have owned it. It has worked very well and unloads very good. I used a little 16 hp tractor to unload with but that was the absolute bare minimum that could be used. Tires hold air and have not went down since I have owned it. They are checked a little but solid. My normal hauling was about 3000 lbs. feed and it was a little over half full. With new tires I think it could hold about 4000 lbs or so. On the front of the wagon is a gas engine plate and belt tensioner so I assume that someone had a gas engine on the wagon at some point. ... morePTO shaft will slide off if you want to try and make the engine mount work. This is a very handy wagon to have for feed or grain transport. If you want to mix your own feed then all you have to do is turn the spout back into the wagon and let it mix. I have a skid loader so I could load this on a trailer if you have a long drive. If you look at these wagons then you know that this is a good deal and it is worth every penny. The tester is in used condition and does suffer age tarnish along with surface scratching from poor storage. It will need a good cleaning to remove the effects of water that sat in the slots during its storage in a leaky outbuilding.
