Used 3 point Power harrow it has 2 bars with teeth on it that move back and forth to stir and break up clods in the soil then it has a rolling basket to go over it. It is MISSING the other half of the PTO shaft. Also. The rollers in the back all need new bearings. Missing a few of the rake teeth. We are selling our tractor and will have no need for the equipment that we have to go with it. We are currently in the process of moving to Florida where a tractor and its attachments were apart of our closing deal therefore we do not need need ours or the equipment anymore. This disc has been used once. The paint is in mint condition. This disc is adjustable front and back to turn the discs in the directions you would like fairly easily. This will work on any 3 point hitch and worked just fine on our 26hp Zennoh Tractor. I wouldnt recommend anything smaller trying to use this disc because of its wieght. Disc Harrow, 10' wide, hydraulic up and down, works great!
This is an older hydraulic controlled disc harrow I got a few years ago from a nearby farm to disc up an area around a new pond-see pictures of final result. As you can see in the pictures. It has two rows of 16 discs, which are 16" in diameter. All discs turn freely, and have built in scrapers to kick the dirt off of them as they rotate in the ground. It discs about 10' wide, and is 8' front to back, not counting about a 4'6" tongue to attach to the tractor. The hydraulics work great to allow for transport over the road or areas you do not want to disc, then just drop the discs to the desired depth and off you go. It is about 94" from outside edge to outside edge on the tires. The tires are OK, but are a bit checked and could probably use replacing in the next year of so. I pulled it with a 57 horse Kubota tractor, ... moreand had no problems with it. The frame is solid and had been recently repainted. The two rock pans(to carry rocks you might kick up while discing) ar a bit rusty, but not too bad. In addition to the disc harrow. This unit comes with a 13' drag harrow in three pieces, a narrow 13' wide piece that attaches by chains to the back of the disc harrow, and two 6'6" wide by 3'6" front to back drag harrows that attach with chains to the 13' wide harrow. This unit is in OK shape, some rust on the 13' component has weakened the tubes, but for what I used it for it was fine. The 13' unit is missing 17 tines, and the two smaller units are missing a total of 3 tines, which are 6" long. I think you could probably find parts for it, but again it worked for me as-is. you can use just the drag harrow by having the discs up and out of the ground while dragging it, or you can drag harrow over the soil you have just run over with the discs. This is local pickup only near Crown Point. IN. I towed it about 10 miles behind a small SUV when I got it, so it is road worthy, but for longer distance a trailer might work better. I have never used this harrow but have hooked it to a tractor and appears to have been repaired out of alignment because it now runs at an angle. Krause 408 9' 10" Disc, 7 1/4" spacing, NEW Bearings & Case IH Xtra Sharp Blades
Hello! I have a good used Krause 408 disc that needs a new home with a bigger tractor. This disc needs about 40+ HP to pull it. Which is almost twice what my Farmall H puts out. Needless to say, I can't use it. So, I'll get the worst out of the way. First. There's two bearing hangers that are gouged& could use a weld. The pin hole in the clevis only has about a half-inch of meat left before it's worn through the end& should get welded. The hydraulic hoses& ends are shot. But the cylinder's fine& comes with the disc. The tires are old& checked. Ain't much paint left, either. The good news. The frame is straight with no welds, all blades& bearings are new. The blades are 18" front& back) Case IH Earth Metal- Extra Sharp& they ARE VERY SHARP! So. Be careful around this machine until ... moreit gets used. I replaced all eight bearings& almost all of the flanges. Two of the old flanges were retained& used on the outside of the front gangs, where the new ones wouldn't fit. Quite a bit of new hardware went into it when I put the gangs& scrapers back on. The manual& a few spare parts are included. So. Unless you are going to beat this thing up, across 200 acres in road gear, it shouldn't need anything but hoses& the clevis welded to get you going. I have a 490 IH disc it is 28 foot wide. The cylinders are all good no leaks hoses good and tires are fair. The blades have a lot of nicks in them. The front measures 18 and the backs about 19.5. The frame is good has a buster bar on the back, I bought this to make a tubro till but just not going to do it. This is a good disc but could use new blades. For sale is a international 18 foot disk ready to go to work. The disk comes complete with hydraulic cylinder an hoses an hoses are new. This is a very heavy disk with 9 inch spaceing which makes it alot easyer to pull and will cut and finish the ground. Disk has been all gone through and 9 brand new bearings have been installed and all 48 blades have been put on that were from a 45 foot disk that were 2 years old so the blades aer just about like new on this disk measuring around 20 inchs round Disk is ready to go to the field the disk has one weld as shown in pic on one of the braces that will never give you any trouble it is a very good weld.
