There are 12 screens included, some may need the metal straightened on the edges with a pair of pliers. There is also an'elevator' included, may need some tlc, but it goes with it. I have not tried it with the elevator hooked up, so I don't know what kind of shape it is in. Although I say this is in good shape. It is by no means perfect. This is an old machine, and has some obvious wear from years of use, but is in good shape considering the age and type of machine it is. 25 bushels an hour is what they say this mill cleans. The shoots for the large and small off fall had a few holes in them from rust due to rodents so we added a 1/8" sheet of plastic lining and it should never rust out again. This a very unique grain or seed cleaner I purchase at a farm sale. It is hand made and it doesn't look like it was every used. It looks like it was made from metal screen. Press board, duct tape and wood. It's painted white and has the initials K E printed on it. This piece just caught my eye at the sale. I think it would a great display and conversation piece. It is approx. 15 inches long, 10 inches high and the barrel is 10 inches long and has a diameter of 8 3/4 inches. It was designed for the fast cleaning for market or storage or treating your own seeds. I purchased this last week at an estate sale. The top feed box was the only item at the sale. I have not attempted to clean it up. The paint and printing is faded some. But still clearly visible. It is in solid shape with only one minor defect.the wooden rail that keeps the slider in place is nearly gone. It would be nothing to put a thin strip of wood back in. Other than that it functions perfectly and you can adjust how wide of an opening you want. Clipper #2 B Special Seed Cleaner
Here is a beautiful#2 B Special Clipper cleaner in excellent condition. We purchased the cleaner about 5 years ago from an estate where the owner had completely restored it. We used it to clean about 3 bushels of wheat at a threshing festival and it worked like new. A small organic farm north of us recently purchased a brand new all steel Clipper cleaner that is the same size and it cost them $10.000. It comes with 3 screens but unfortunately we couldn't find the numbers on the screens. two screens have oblong slots with one measuring 1/2 x 1/16 and one measuring 3/4 x 7/32. The third screen has round openings measuring 3/16" dia. A person could pull up Clipper screens and see what these clean. The cleaner is powered with a heavy duty 1/2 hp motor and is geared for the factory recommended speed. The elevator works perfectly and will ... morefill a bag or large dipping tub in the blink of an eye.The cleaner sits on a beautiful steel wheeled wagon measuring 33 1/2" x 8'3 1/2" and has 24" wheels. Clipper Seed Cleaner W/ Elevator Bagger attachment NO RESERVE
This came right from an estate sale. It has been indoors all of its life. Has not been used for many years. The cord on the electric motor is cracked and I'm not comfortable plugging it in. The only damage I found is the upper corner/ top board is broke but included for a pattern or glue back in place. The belt on the elevator is chew'd in places and will move but needs re belted. Everything in the photo is included except for my furniture dollys it is currently sitting on to roll around the shop. I will help load if you pick up in person with my tractor. I will put on a skid and load in a freight truck for a fee. Previous owner built a set of sides that slip into the tender to hold more seed to clean, it will slip right out if you like the shallow box. This Vintage A. T. Ferrell& Co. Clipper No.1B Grain& Seed Cleaner is made by the A. T. Ferrell& Co. of Saginaw. Mich. in the late 1890's or early 1900's. This Grain& Seed Cleaner was purchased new in the late 1890's or early 1900's in Portland Oregon and has always used on the family Century Farm since. It is in very good solid shape and has only one screen. But others are still available. It looks like at one time it may have been converted to run on an electric motor. This is a really nice vintage seed separator with original paint! Manufactured by A. T. Ferrell& Co. In Saginaw. MI. Clipper No.1B Grain& Seed Cleaner Colors are good. I'm guessing its complete. But not sure what is used to drive it as there is no motor. Needs a drive belt as well. Pan oscillates when pulley is turned. Local pickup in northern Indiana. But I could get it to Kokomo or Indianapolis area for a fee.

Vintage A.T. Ferrell 'Clipper 2B Special' Grain & Seed Cleaner Fanning Mill
Vintage wooden fanning mill. Grain& seed cleaner, 12 screens, electric motor, and elevator. Manufactured by A.T. Ferrell& Co. Saginaw, Mich Clipper 2B Special This mill is in good shape. Everything works as it should, and it has been converted to electric. There are 12 screens included, some may need the metal straightened on the edges with a pair of pliers. There is also an'elevator' included, may need some tlc, but it goes with it. I have not tried it with the elevator hooked up, so I don't know what kind of shape it is in. Although I say this is in good shape. It is by no means perfect. This is an old machine, and has some obvious wear from years of use, but is in good shape considering the age and type of machine it is. 25 bushels an hour is what they say this mill cleans.
