This is a super hot used fence charger. The original bright yellow paint has some dirt on it and some chips here and there. The lenses light up when plugged in. they are red and blue. Both are not cracked or broken. The power cord is not cut or torn or damaged. This has both fuses in it and the three prong pulser in the end of it is excellent. Still has the original hanger bracket on the back side. The metal case is not cracked or rusted or broken. This charger is 6" wide and 10" tall. It is 3" deep.
