Also has some misc. numbers on it. About 32 inches long. Very heavy duty. It weighs about 22 pounds. Made of all iron. Has fence/wire grabber on top. Likely had another wire grabber that is now missing. Has a ribbed V groove on base, It ratchets and holds but seems a bit off on the release and reset. Sold as a collector item, might not work/hold properly, might only need some use. Handle socket has been rewelded. Release toggle has been rewelded. The slot is about 1" long x 5/16" wide. I suppose you could cut out slots for running a belt through. The tool it fits must be about 2" wide or less. 1/2" thick or less(even thinner towards the bottom) and pretty much exactly 8" long- any longer and you couldn't snap, any shorter and you couldn't get a hold of it.
