If the customer wants to return an item it has to be in the condition it has been received in, otherwise there will be a%10-15 restocking fee. If it is returned in the same condition the buyer will receive a full refund, however the buyer has to pay for the return shipping. There is a 14 day limit to claim for a return, once you claim the return you will receive a return authorization which you will attach to the item when you send it back.
