I've driven 2 3/8 drill stem in my rocky drive way. It is set up for a auxiliary hydraulics so that you can use the main hydraulics for the vibrator and the auxiliary to control the up and down motion, but you don't have to have the auxiliary, I drive with out it by using the bobcat up and down controls and put full hydraulic pressure to the vibe so it will drive better. I've drove 8' T-post with it and 11' drill stem, the driver you can make what ever type of holder you want for it. Other then weather wear it is in really good condition. It starts up perfectly and runs very strong. I have brand new oil in it, pour some gas in it and it's ready to go out of the box! My coworkers always compared their less expensive drivers to this one but it was never a fair contest. This thing by far is the best on the market for driving posts, ground rods, or just about anything you want pounded into the ground. I've gone through telephone poles, rocks, dirt, asphalt, concrete, and probably a lot of other things I couldn't see! IT MUST GO NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE! See ... morevideos of it idling below! 12v electric hydraulic/ air pneumatic T post hole driver pounder/puller 12 volt. It came from a bridge building contractor. No makers mark or model number but appears to be factory made. It has a self contained 12v hydraulic pump(works good) with forward and reverse to move the hydraulic cylinder(the horizontal one) in or out to place post in the right spot. The vertical cylinder is a air/pneumatic cylinder that drives the post in the ground. You will need to supply the air source. The unit as a hole does work but needs some minor repairs. The main swivel is sloppy that swings the boom left and right. The up/down switch is broken. We will cut it off the truck its mounted to and load it for buyer. Shipping OK. Email me for a quote. Gas Powered T Post Driver/Pounder
This gas powered post driver works well. We bought to install t posts and have since switched to all wooden posts. It is made in Australia and is almost identical to the Redi-Driver and rhino brands. It has some broken shrouding on the engine from tipping over in the pickup box.
