I am not sure if this is just a fence stretcher or a combination fence stretcher/bumper style jack Nicely marked with embossed raised letters"Pat Appl'd For" on handle socket. Also has some misc. numbers on it. About 32 inches long. Very heavy duty. It weighs about 22 pounds. Made of all iron. Has fence/wire grabber on top. Likely had another wire grabber that is now missing. Has a ribbed V groove on base, It ratchets and holds but seems a bit off on the release and reset. Sold as a collector item, might not work/hold properly, might only need some use. Handle socket has been rewelded. Release toggle has been rewelded.
