Farmall Model A Tractor With Implements
This tractor was my Grandfathers. I just removed it from his barn where it has been kept for over 40 years. I used it myself many years ago and the mower& plows worked great. It has not run in over 25 years. It ran well last time it was used. It comes with a sickle mower and a right& left 14" bottom plow set-up(plows are not shown) All parts are there for the mower& bottom plows. There is also a skid of various cultivating attachments that I never used so I don't know if all parts are there. The rear wheels have rotted away. I bought 2 new wheels but not tires. it needs all 4 tires. I put fresh gas in it and tried starting it but it would not. It turns over easily. I think it needs some TLC before it will run again. It does need a battery& battery box. I have no idea if it needs anything else. I cannot guarantee anything ... moresince it has been sitting so long. I am selling it as is. The only mechanical mention on it is that when cold it starts a little hard at first but it does start on its own. Then when warm it starts fine. Mechanical and Sheet metal is all very good to excellent. The only mention we see are some minor scratches on the fenders and the temp. gauge was replaced with a oem gauge. Everything else is 100% original and everything works 100% including all gauges and lights. It was painted at one time. I t does not have differential on it. It does have the 2 sets of rear wheel wts. and the front wt. set all as shown in the pictures and that all goes with it along with what appears to be the original top link. Has one set of Hydraulic remotes on back. Always been a local tractor and in fact it’s had two owners who were mechanics so always been well taken care of. Engine has never been touched and no major work has ever been done on it as per both owners. The owner now know the previous owners and two were mechanics as I said. No leaks. No welds, no blowby at all and runs great. Power steering. Transmission, synchro shift, brakes, clutch all very good or better and tight. 5

1948 John Deere Late Style Model "A" Tractor
Up for sale is a 1948 John Deere Model A tractor. It starts right.Up runs well with no smoke, and drives with no problems or unusual drivetrain noises. The engine was rebuilt with a different crack free block, new pistons, wrist pins, new bearings, and gaskets. The head was redone and valves ground. I'm guessing less than 50 hours on the rebuild.The generator was replaced with a GM alternator and works well. This later A has a distributor in top shape. It has a rock shaft and in addition to the factory outlets has another pair of late pioneer outlets. The sheet metal and front grills have dings and dents but were straightened as best as possible and repainted. Not perfect but very good. All the gauges work as well as all the lights including the work light and red light combination at the back. The tractor must have some sort of high ... morespeed rear as we can go over 20 mph with it. No problem on those tractor drives. It all looks factory so I'm not sure why. Both brakes work well and have even height. The rear tires are Firestone 12 x 38 at 50% but with heavy weather checking. The right rear has a boot as shown along with cuts and bruises. The rims look good at the valve stems but the left rear has some splitting as shown. The fronts are mismatched with the RF a 6.50 x 16 Firestone and the LF a 6.00 x 16 of unknown brand. Both are worn and weather checked. The tractor was used for light work with the tires this way with no issues so far. I see only one leak that reaches the floor under the pulley brake but its not a major issue. The seat cushions have been redone but not a professional job. Take a look at the pictures. The pto casting for the cover has a broken ear. Width is right at 82 inches for your trailer. I'm starting the bidding low with no reserve. It will sell here on E-Bay so bid with confidence. This is an extremely rare 1954 Case SS Model(or Model S Special) Orchard Tractor. This tractor is one of only fifty ever produced. The serial number for this particular tractor is: 8041663. This tractor was built June 16th. 1954. The following is quoted from an article that appeared in"Old Abes Newsletter" by Tom Peeper regarding the SS Model. The Case SS grew out of an idea to help orange growers move picked oranges out of their groves to semi trucks waiting at the edges of the fields. These tractors were shipped from Racine with a Wagner front end loader and crankshaft driven hydraulic pump. Based on an industrial SI tractor. These tractors also had Eagle Hitch, SI type flat grill and heavy cast rear wheels that bolted to the standard rear hubs. Pounds(Motor ... moreCompany) fabricated a lot of orchard equipment in their shop back then and they fabricated baskets that fit the special front and rear pickup arms of the SS Models to haul oranges. These baskets were V-Shaped with knobs on the sides to fit the lift arms. Because of their slow speed, the SS tractors were eventually replaced with old dump trucks, because they could move faster, shift on the go and carry big loads. This listing also includes about 90% of the NOS wood parts required to build a heavy duty running gear suitable for this very special box. I also have the rear half of a regular track John Deere wood farm wagon running gear that is in good original ... morecondition that is included with this project but I have no wheels for that rear axle assembly. That rear axle assembly has all of the associated rear steel parts that would be useful in building a heavy duty running gear from the wheels and wood parts I have. Both the right front and right rear wheels are NOS International Harvester wheels that have the famous IHC round logo stenciled on them with black paint. Most farm wagon boxes are 38" wide but this box is 42" wide. Most farm wagon boxes are 10-1/2 feet long but this box is 13-1/2" long. This huge box is over 1/3 larger than the typical wood farm wagon box it. A good original John Deere seat is included but is not in as good of original condition as this box is. Ford 8N tractor late model project or restore new rear tires
I believe this tractor to be a 1950 I have owned this about 12 years it ran when up until about 4 years ago just after I put brand new Firestones& rims on the the rear 12.4 x 28 The clutch went out. The starter drive just spins wont engage I also broke a teminal off the coil the tractor also comes with a draw bar. 1938 Oliver Cletrac crawler model E tractor Antique Vintage Collectible LQQK!!
I have a cool old Cletrac crawler made by Oliver. I think its a 1938? It has a 4 cylinder gas engine. It is a model E-38. We rescued this out of the mountains of Idaho. From the Golden Age mine. It was used for snow removal for awhile. It was stored in a building up there after the engine quit running. We got it a few years back and got it running again. It seems to be pretty much stock. It has had home built electric start and hydralic pump and blade added. It all seems to work okay. The pictures are from the last time it was running. That was about 2 years ago. It should run again with a little tinkering. The gas tank is in nice shape. The engine ran well a couple of years ago. The clutch is good and the steering works okay. 1940`s Home Made Heavy Duty Garden Tractor, Briggs & Stratton Model ZZ Engine
Here we have a very heavy duty home made riding garden tractor that looks like it was made in the 1940`s. It didn`t have the engine in it when I got it. The seller had taken the engine out to use on something, and he said it was a Briggs and Stratton Model ZZ, so I have one that goes with it, it just needs to be bolted in and get a belt for it. The tractor is belt drive, with a clutch idler pulley, to an automotive 3 speed transmission, and then heavy chain drive to the rear end, which is either a Panzer tractor one or a cut-down automotive one. It is missing the seat, and a couple gears on the steering are stripped, the steering is tight from sitting and will need to be loosened up. The fenders and hood are very heavy gage tin and are in great condition, just needs some paint. The tires may hold air, I haven`t looked at it in a long time, ... moreI always wanted to do something with it but I doubt that my farm will give me the time for quite a while, so it`s time for someone else to enjoy it. 1938 Unstyled Model A John Deere Tractor, Serial Number 468,525, Western NC
Visually this tractor looks pretty good considering its age. The sheet metal is in good condition and the rubber looks nearly brand new. a couple years back I realized that water had gotten into the cylinders. I removed the head and had it checked out. There was no visual problem but through magnaflux we discovered a small crack, Dover Head in Greenville SC repaired the crack, installed new valve springs and surfaced the head. We found that the right cylinder has fairly deep pitting although we have been running that way before this and ever since it was repaired. The last time I went to start it, there was no spark, I believe this is due to moisture in the magneto, the magneto is old and probably needs a rebuild. The carburetor was rebuilt several years ago. I also have a large amount of extra gaskets. The only other issues that I am aware ... moreof is the bolt eye on the right brake drum is cracked. It has been that way since I have owned it but the brakes work just fine. The fuel tank had leaked some and I repaired it with epoxy several years ago which seems to have fixed the problem. I am willing to consider delivering it for.75 per mile round trip

However many would argue that 1949 was the first year of manufacture. Serial# 7072(This is the number that the owner says was on it at one point in time and was once legible during the restoration process but is no longer noticeable at all after restoration and a new paint job. 1949 Brockway farm tractor. Model 49G. Flathead continental F-162 gas engine. Engine is loose. Has not run in a few years. Has Pesco hydraulic lift and belt pulley attachment. New rear tires on mismatched rims. Missing rear fenders. Front tires and rims are shot, have new ones to go with it. Less than 500 tractors were produced between 1949 to 1959. 1944 International Farmall IH Model H Tractor
For your consideration is a 1944 Famall H Tractor. The serial tag says it is a 1940. But all the cast codes and the engine serial number indicate a 1944, so that is what I go by. It runs pretty good, it does smoke a little if I idle it too long. It is a 6-volt system, even charges. The battery was new last year. I did plow with this H last winter and it always started, even on the coldest day. It does have the belt pulley attachment, just no pulley. It has the old small PTO with an adapter so you can use newer pto equipment. The hydraulic belly pump worked for me with the plow I had on it. It is not the prettiest tractor, normal dings, dents, and whatnot. The hood does have a few tears, by the J hooks. The rear end has been patched, on the lower left side(bull gear dropped at one time maybe) I will add I picture. It does not leak and the ... morerear end acts fine to me. Normal play in the shifter. Rubber is in ok shape, is some cracking and dry rot. Back tires are 13.6x38’s. Front are 5.50x16’s. The tires are not loaded. Tractor is sold as is where is. Cockshutt Tractor Model 570 ? Restoration project
I have what I believe is a model 570 Cockshutt(please correct me If not right) Not sure of the year. Engine is not stuck and the clutch is free and will roll. Not sure what all needs to be done to finish this in process restoration. My Father in law was working on this and he recently passed away. Has hood and front grill. No batteries. The tires are bad and the tractor is supported under rear axle. There is still fluid in tires and tractor is supported because the tires are bad. Sold as is not running. 1935 Huber Model L tractor. Runs and drives. Doesn't smoke or burn oil. No leaks Hand start only tractor. Matching front and rear tires. All in good condition for their age. Radiator in good shape and looks nice there is one small dent from the water pump. Brakes good and stops even. Sheet metal looks nice. Hood is a little thin, fenders look good. Needs a proper seat. There is no PTO. The hand clutch will not fully engage to lock the clutch on. Probably just seized up from sitting. Steering is good and tight. Steering wheel looks nice for the age of it. Just went through the carb and gas tank by removing and cleaning it with a pressure washer. No rust inside tank, still has the galvanizing inside. Stiener model 420 utility & lawn tractor
For sale is a Steiner lawn tractor. Model 420(serial number G1354) with 4188 hours, equipped with a three cylinder Kubota gas engine. Attachments include a 60" mower deck and a 60" blade. This tractor runs and drives but needs a mechanic's touch to make it reliable. Items that need attention are a weak hydraulic system, oil leaks, broken choke cable, torn seat, and cracked welds on the mower deck. Feel free to call for any questions you may have. Up for auction is a 1940s-1950s farmall model H tractor. Has been sandblasted and painted. Good brakes. Clutch, engine, transmission tires are good 1 is brand new. runs and drives good pto works no problem. New decals. I also have a custom cushion cover that goes on the seat that is not in the picture.
