I bought this welder from a friends dad. I am selling the pulser because I do not need it or even know how to use it. I listed it as pick up only but will ship it. I did not pull it off the welder yet but will do so and get a weight for shipping. I have seen a couple of these go for near $300 so I listed it for $250 bin. If you want to estimate shipping. This power source is an amazing unit with over 350A continuous output in both CV and CC modes. I have seen 450A from this unit but at a slightly reduced duty cycle. This is an almost new welder mounted on a road worthy ATV trailer. I bought this Champion 10.000 welder and trailer at Big-R(a local farm and ranch store) in 2012 and added heavy steel bar stock to attach the welder and added a retractable“landing gear” to make it easier to move when not hooked up. The welder is bolted to the bar stock which is bolted to the trailer. Very secure set-up. It has slightly more time on it than shows in the picture because I pulled it out and ran it for 20 minutes. Probably has around 1.3 hours total! New battery and all the welding cables that came with it included with the sale. It’s easy to maneuver on the trailer. Just roll it up to where you need to work and you’re in business. If the power goes out. Roll it over to the house and you’ve got power. Great for remote locations since you can bring it with you ... morewherever you need it. The Ebay loaded product description section mentions"scratch start DC TIG. Lincoln SA-250-D3.152 DC Arc Welder Feel free to ask questions via email or(540)381-3011 For sale is this used Lincoln SA-250-D3.152 DC Arc Welder. The welder is used and a bit older. But without any major damage. Has the normal bit of rust and wear for a welder of this age. Quite a bit of the paint has flaked off. There is some rust under where the battery goes. Though it is still structurally intact. The tires are both in fair shape and while the do hold air and have good tread. The sidewalls are fairly cracked. Does not include a title for the trailer. The trailer uses a 2" ball. See photos below for more details on physical condition. We charged the included battery and the welder started right up within a second or two of cranking(50F outside) The engine sounded good and ran well. We let it run for awhile until up to about 150F ... moreon the temperature gauge. The oil pressure gauge always showed max. pressure. So not sure if there is a problem with it or not. We have tried the two 115V A/C type outlets and they both power equipment just fine. Though voltage was a little high at 130V and frequency was good at 60.5 Hz. The 240V outlets also output fine and voltage was 260V and 60.5 Hz. We connected up welding leads(not included) and were able to weld fine with the unit. The auto idle feature works well and idles down after not being used for 15 seconds and then goes to high idle when in use. We are located in Christiansburg. VA 24073. From what I can tell this welder is overall in good working order. We have included the video below of the welder in operation.
