HOBART L800 80 QUART MIXER WITH REBUILT MOTOR 1 YEAR WARRANTY This is for the sale of a Hobart L800- 80 quart planetary mixer. It was owned by a major pizza chain here in Nova Scotia. And they converted it to 220 volt 1 phase from 220 volt 3 phase. This involved the use of a capacitor, and the capacitor failed causing the motor in turn to overheat and burn out. The motor is being rewound by a very good shop here and will be finished this week. The motor will come with a 1 year warranty. You will have the choice of having it delivered set up for 3 phase or set up for 1 phase(with a shutoff in case the capacitor burns out again) You can have everything set up so that your electrician can wire it either way(in case you are planning to move and possibly need to change it later) It comes with a dough hook, an 80 quart VML 80 Hobart bowl and a ... morebowl guard. I started to paint it but the local Hobart dealer only had 1 can of paint so you will need to finish the painting. One more can should do.
