I am guessing that this unit was made in Japan because one of the gauges was made in Tokyo and the language on the machine is not in English and I am guessing it is in Japanese. I plugged this unit up and tested it and it seemed to be in good working condition. I say seemed because I don't really know how this machine works because of the language barrier and the directions are not in english. But the machine got extremely hot and cleaned some silverware for me. So to me my test was successful, and this machine will come as pictured, so please see all pictures and feel free to ask me any question that you may have about this Auto Clave. Selling our Century 20" x 20" x 38" sterilizer which is capable of running both Pre Vacuum and Gravity sterilization cycles. This sterilizer was rebuilt in 2011 by a third party service company. After the rebuild it was put under a STERIS service contract for maintenance and repairs until it was pulled from service in our lab last month. The only reason we are selling this sterilizer is that it lacks the flexibility in programing cycles that we need as a validation lab. Therefore. Pelton & Crane Delta 8 XL Autoclave Sterilizer Medical Dental "MINT"
This is a used Pelton& Crane Delta 8 XL autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, 1 small tray, 1 large tray, drain tube and manual. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare ... moreas most doctors will use the unit to about its max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. Unit is a 2007 and has been gently used. With new seals and filters this unit is close to new as you can get. Unit has been put through fast short long hot and cold cycles and runs like a champ. Pelton & Crane Validator 10+ Plus Autoclave Sterilizer Medical Tattoo
This is a used Pelton Crane Validator 10+ Plus autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes fill plate and 1 large tray. More can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about ... moreits max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. Featuring an analog timer, variable temperature control, and a 3-tray sealed sterilization chamber this is the perfect unit for ensuring good and proper sterilization of your utensils, tools, and other instruments. This unit is used and does have some typical signs of cosmetic blemishing. Most notably is oxidation and staining on the bottom of the sterilization chamber(please see photos) This unit was used in a veterinarian office. It has been tested and is in full working order.
