I also noticed 1 screw missing from the back which I will attempt to find a matching one and put it in. I don't know if this is normal, but everything else worked properly. Could it be a clogged up steam trap? or a valve? I don't know. THAT part we are not going to warrant. We're not experts on this equipment. And this is the first time I've used one like this. The unit reached its proper temp. And what I believe to be the proper pressure. The controls all function properly, and the automatic door chime and door works automatically as well.
