For your consideration: A really nice Harvey Aqua clave 10 this is a table top unit and is in good condition. The chamber shows usual wear and the body has some marks. I took the cover of and the inside is fine too(see photo) Overall this is a really nice Sterilizer. It would be Ideal for any Tattoo shop or Veterinarian clinic, Podiatrist office or MD clinic. this unit was made for any place where space is an issue. The weight is about 25lbs and measures 20" deep(including condenser and door) 13" wide and 11" high. MDT Harvey Chemiclave 5000 Chemical Vapor Sterilizer/Autoclave. Unit is really in very nice shape. It's clean and functions well. I replaced the power indicator light. Installed a new float switch into the reservoir, new o-rings on the drain spool valve. Cleaned the chamber and ran around ten test cycles. The pressurize/depressurize knob will need to be replaced soon as it's cracked(this can be seen in the last photo) and they're available for about $23 online. This unit also includes a tray and tray handle/door adjustment tool. No other accessories are included. This little sterilizer would be great for all manner of cutting and surgical instruments. Hand pieces, forceps and similar medical items, the Harvey Chemiclave MDT 5000 is ideal for small dentistry practices and tattoo/piercing shops with basic sterilization needs.

This Harvey Chemiclave EC 5500 was removed from a working environment a few weeks ago after an oral surgeon retired. The autoclave is in excellent used condition and comes with tray as well as the small black cover that fits over the the refill reservoir. Sterilizer was plugged in and tested out. The unit gets to appropriate pressure/temperature and works perfectly. These Chemical sterilizers run off of an alcohol based vapo-steril solution. Not distilled water. Harvey Chemiclave 5500 autoclave in good used condition. There are some signs of discoloration inside the chamber and some light signs of use on the outer casings from typical use. This sterilizer also has the Kaufman Vapor exhaust system built onto the unit. These units run off an alcohol based Vapo-Steril solution and NOT distilled water. Autoclave Harvey Chemiclave EM5500 Vapo Sterilizer MDT Barnstead Dental Medical
This is a used Harvey 5500m autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with 1 large tray. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about its max. We diagnose ... moreevery unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times.
