All the screw down handles are there and In good condition. Just by looking at the website and the pictures of this model. It appears there is an inner bucket/rack that is missing, and some sort of extension that comes off the lid on the inside to extend down to the rack. There is a small chip off the top handle(see pictures) And lastly the temperature gauge is missing the glass on the front. All parts can be ordered from their website. I believe this sterilizer even missing those non essential pieces is 100% ready to be fired up and used again! This would make an awesome high capacity pressure cooker. Stovetop autoclave pressure cooker sterilizer All American 1915x tattoo 15 liter
This is a wonderful NON ELECTRIC stovetop autoclave for medical. Dental, piercing, tattoo or grain spawn sterilizing for mushroom or bacterial cultures. Works fine recently tested. This one has been used for tattoo exclusively. I recently upgraded to an electric autoclave. The only difference is a few hundred dollars and that you have to actually sit there and watch the pressure gage on this one(or at least you really should! but it is fast and sterilizes in about 1/2 an hour and has quite a bit of room inside. I used it with no complaints for about 5 years and is built to last. It shows signs of wear and discoloration on the inside from normal use and is a very sturdy device that is fully functioning and tested. Has very minor pitting on inside bottom and I couldnt remember it had always been there so I contacted the manufacturer(All American) ... moreand they assured me it was absolutely safe to use and that they are common and due to tiny bubbles of air rising to the surface in the aluminum molds they use and that they dont polish them out to keep the prices of the units down. This is a testament to the awesome customer service of this company. They responded the same day and also have replacement parts in production for the unit should you ever need anything advice, manuals ect. This unit is intended to be used without a gasket and you grease the rim of the lid instead for a tight seal. This is great because you never have to worry about worn gaskets giving out. Vintage 18 QT All American Autoclave Pressure Sterilizer Steam Stove Top Non Electric One of the plastic handles is missing one side(broken off) but still usable. Inside has some surface corrosion. This is a very old autoclave so look at pics to see condition. There is no dents it had metal to metal seal and all looks in usable condition. The bottom has a very slight wobble.
