Midmark M11 Ultraclave Medical Dental Instrument Autoclave Chamber Sterilizer
This M11 Ultraclave came out of a local dental office after they merged with another doctor who already had a newer unit. This particular sterilizer was recently cleaned/inspected by a local tech and this sterilizer runs perfectly and passed spore test. This unit is used and does have a few signs of wear. Some of the plastic above the door is slightly discolored. There is also a small crack and a few scuffs on the door. Please see pictures to note imperfections. Inside the chamber is very clean and the door gasket is in great shape. This ultraclave has a four rack capability. But we only have two racks with the unit. Midmark M11 11" Chamber Autoclave Sterilizer in Good working condition. It was recently replaced by a brand new unit in the office and is ready to find a new home. It was taken by a Schein Tech and gone through to make sure there would be no issues for the new buyer. He cleaned all internal components and found everything to be in great working condition. The only thing he did was replace the door gasket to ensure a good pressure seal. It comes with the internal rack as well as 2 large and 2 small cassettes. There are some aesthetic signs of use. The most notable sign is some discoloration to the plastic above the chamber where steam exits the unit and has slightly discolored the plastic casing over time. The sheath over the power cord right at the plug has pulled down a little bit. I failed to remove the sticker residue from it. It has its signs of use. Scrapes, scratches, etc. but I noticed that the cover that goes over the pressure release valve had paint missing. We ran it through its paces, and it all worked fine, and this may be normal(I'm not familiar with these AT ALL) but when it did its countdown after reaching about 171/172F; and did its steam release, it did it through the top and I saw some steam come out the back. I also noticed 1 screw missing from the back which I will attempt to find a matching one and put it in. I don't know if this is normal, but everything else worked properly. Could it be a clogged up steam trap? or a valve? I don't know. THAT part we are not going to warrant. We're not experts on this equipment. And this is the first time I've used one like this. The unit reached its proper temp. And what I believe to be the proper pressure. The controls all function properly, and the automatic door chime and door works automatically as well. M11 Ultraclave in fair condition. The inside of the unit has been cleaned and inspected by a tech and ran through multiple cycles to ensure it will arrive in good working condition. The unit includes the power cord. As well as two large and two small racks. There are some obvious cosmetic signs of use on the machine. There is a small chip in the plastic door casing below the feet, and some paint chips and plastic chipping on the door and around the top of the chamber.
