This autoclave is in good working condition. Total cycles: 1727. It is in good shape cosmetically. But has a couple of minor cosmetic blemishes. There are some light scratches/scuffs on the exterior casing from normal use. The sides of the machine, especially the right side, have some light(what looks like) water marks running down them. I tried to scrub them off, but they will not leave. The door handle in front has a small crack in the paint. The plastic handle is fully intact, it is just the paint that has a crack in it. The inside of the chamber is in good shape cosmetically and there are three trays included. This autoclave comes exactly as shown and includes a medical grade power cord. The metal cart that is shown in the photos is not included. SHIPPING: Buyer pays for freight shipping of this item. Buyer must arrange their own freight shipment. Midmark M11 Ultraclave Medical Dental Instrument Autoclave Chamber Sterilizer
This M11 Ultraclave came out of a local dental office after they merged with another doctor who already had a newer unit. This particular sterilizer was recently cleaned/inspected by a local tech and this sterilizer runs perfectly and passed spore test. This unit is used and does have a few signs of wear. Some of the plastic above the door is slightly discolored. There is also a small crack and a few scuffs on the door. Please see pictures to note imperfections. Inside the chamber is very clean and the door gasket is in great shape. This ultraclave has a four rack capability. But we only have two racks with the unit. Midmark M11 Ultraclave Medical Dental Autoclave Chamber Sterilizer M11-002
Midmark M11 11" Chamber Autoclave Sterilizer in Good working condition. It was recently replaced by a brand new unit in the office and is ready to find a new home. It was taken by a Schein Tech and gone through to make sure there would be no issues for the new buyer. He cleaned all internal components and found everything to be in great working condition. The only thing he did was replace the door gasket to ensure a good pressure seal. It comes with the internal rack as well as 2 large and 2 small cassettes. There are some aesthetic signs of use. The most notable sign is some discoloration to the plastic above the chamber where steam exits the unit and has slightly discolored the plastic casing over time. The sheath over the power cord right at the plug has pulled down a little bit. I am selling a used Ritter M9 UltraClave. I don't know too much about this as I acquired it at a surplus hospital sale. Here is what I know about it; First of all. Every time I initially plug it in, the error code E001 is displayed. When I turn the unit on, it goes away and stays off. It will only come back on after I unplug the machine and then plug it back into the wall. This might be a normal function. I filled it with distilled water and I ran three complete cycles. It fills, sterilizes, and dries. All three cycles ran fine. The door automatically partially opens during the drying cycle. There are a couple LED segments that don't work(see some of the pictures of the display as it is cycling) The unit heats up to 270 degrees and the pressure gets up to around 30psi. After a complete cycle there was a small amount of water that ... moreprobably dripped out of the door seal(see the last picture) This unit is in good cosmetic condition for it's age with nothing cracked or physically broken. There are some light scratches here and there as well as some light soiling in the hard-to-reach areas. I am selling this Ritter M9 UltraCave as-is, exactly as I acquired it and as I described it. I don't know how many times this has been cycled in it's life. This is an older unit and I cannot guarantee how long it will continue to work properly as it did while I was testing it. The sticker on the front indicates it was last calibrated in 1996. The machine will attempt to fill even when the water reservoir is empty so perhaps water level indicator is not working properly. M11 Ultraclave in fair condition. The inside of the unit has been cleaned and inspected by a tech and ran through multiple cycles to ensure it will arrive in good working condition. The unit includes the power cord. As well as two large and two small racks. There are some obvious cosmetic signs of use on the machine. There is a small chip in the plastic door casing below the feet, and some paint chips and plastic chipping on the door and around the top of the chamber. I have taken pictures of the wear areas to illustrate the cosmetic defects. It is not the prettiest unit out there, but it's priced right and will still get the job done. Item for sale: MIDMARK RITTER M9 Ultraclave Autoclave Medical/Dental Automatic Sterilizer ~ Tested Cosmetic Condition: This autoclave is in quite good. Pre-owned cosmetic condition. It shows very few usage marks and is cosmetically in-tact. The outer casing is in-tact and clean, with the exception of one"ding" on the side of the door. It otherwise has a few minimal scratches, but is in good cosmetic shape. Seal and internal compartment are in great shape. There are a lot of pictures that will show it's condition. Expect a nice, pre-owned sterilizer when you receive it. Check the display on the pictures to see some of the cycle periods. Operational Condition: This Ultraclave has been powered-up multiple ... moretimes and continually powers& operates properly. I went thru a few sterilization cycles. It's working well. Heating properly, and sterilizing. The trays are not included, unfortunately. Aftermarket stainless will work, but the originals were accidentally sold! Our Process: We repair autoclaves of almost all types. Makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about its max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be ... moreone of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. Payments Accepted: PayPal.
