This Midmark autoclave is in excellent condition. It was only used a handful of times and it shows. No scraps or marks in the chamber. The controls, front panel or on the trays from use. The only sign of wear on the entire unit is a few minor marks in the paint on the upper right side of the cabinet as seen in the pictures. Other than that the unit is extremely clean, no other marks dings or scratches. The unit is in perfect working condition and is shown in the first picture in use. Up for bid is a good working. Tested, Midmark M7 Speedclave Autoclave. It was used daily in my father's dental office up until a couple of months ago. He replaced it with a larger unit, but never had any issues with the M7. Now that he trusts the new unit he gave me the go ahead to sell the M7 which he had been saving as a backup. All functions work as gthey should. And the machine gets up to temperature without leaks. My father said that aside from the occasional need to replace the front door gasket at around $20 a pop these machines are bullet proof. This is the very fast(hence. Speedclave" manual M7 autoclave by Midmark. They keep the Ritter name on there for physician office recognition. Models with only the Midmark name on them were designated for the dental& veterinary markets. Be assured though they are the same- just a different cover. This is the-022 model. Please note that only the-02x models like this one are the absolute newest model made. That's important when comparing prices. As of the moment I listed this unit. This is the lowest price for this model. Lower even than many of the older models listed. One of the key differences is the fill& vent switch on the front. On-02x models the lever is an electric toggle switch. It activates a solenoid valve. ALL models before this the lever manually opens a fill& vent valve. Functionally this new valve is more ... morereliable. But ALL M7s seem to be extremely reliable. I know because i am Midmark certified and have been servicing them for 21 years. I maintain& repair medical equipment for a living. 2 large trays. 1 small tray, the tray rack, the tray plate, drain hose& the reservoir cover are included. This unit does come with a drain tube that plugs into the front for super easy draining of the reservoir. Models prior to-011 do not have this. They have a poppy-cock on the bottom right side of the unit that has to be opened over a sink or bucket. On manual units like this you can see I marked the temperature dial with a green& red paint dot to match a green& red dot on the temperature gauge so you don't have any guess work on where to set the dial for the temp you wish to achieve. I price to sell. Not to maximize profit. Check my feedback- it is perfect except for one buyer of an EKG who had a zero rating(i should have known better) who did not understand the process, got confused, and gave lousy feedback before I could fix the problem. Up for auction is a nice Ritter Model 7 Speedclave. I am selling this item for display/collection purposes only not for medical or sterilization purposes. I have plugged the unit in and it warms up and turns on but I have not tested it other than that. The autoclave is in good condition with some light wear and pitting on the front handle. But everything appears complete and in working order. The unit still has the rack for the trays inside. Included are two trays, one small basket and a larger stainless tray with the top. The interior needs some cleaning but is in good condition. I am not an expert on this item so please review all pictures and contact with further questions. Item is sold as-is. This is a used Ritter M7 autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, and 1 large tray. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about its max. ... moreWe diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. Ritter M7 Speedclave EXCELLENT USED CONDITION with Manual
This is a Ritter model M7 countertop autoclave. It is extremely clean. In excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. I ran it through several cycles without any problems. Quickly heats up to operating condition and there are no leaks. It is called a Speedclave because it will sterilize unwrapped instruments in a 3 minute cycle for a quick turnaround. I printed up a fresh operating manual. I guarantee it will not be DOA. This is a counter top model that is completely self contained. Has an onboard tank that is filled with distilled water every 15-20 cycles. There is a temperature adjustment and gauge and also a 1-30 minute run timer. When a cycle is complete the timer has a buzzer and also shuts the machine off. The door is sealing properly. Has a large chamber 14" deep x 7" diameter and comes with the internal rack and 2 instrument ... moretrays. Super easy to operate with instructions permanantly attached to the top. There is a fill/vent button and"Pilot" light that glows when the heating element is on. This is a nice little autoclave for a variety of uses. Quickly heats up to operating temperature and virtually silent when being used.
