This unit is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. I ran it through several cycles without any problems. It quickly heats up to operating temperature and pressure. There are no leaks and I posted pictures with the cover off to show it is nice without much tarnish. I guarantee it will not be DOA. A full line of replacement parts are available for this machine online and on ebay. I have two identical units if you need more than the one offered here. This is a counter top model that is completely self contained. Has an onboard tank that is filled with distilled water. There is a temperature adjustment. Temperature gauge, pressure gauge and a 1-60 minute mechanical timer. Has a large chamber 14" deep x 7" diameter and comes with the internal rack and instrument tray. There is a fill/vent/sterilize/off knob and"Heater" light that glows when the heating element is on. Underneath is a drain pipe that can be unplugged to drain the reservoir. The thermostat has settings for steam or dry sterilization. The door latch mechanism is a safety design that prevents the door from opening when there is any pressure in the chamber. It has a 17" x 9" chamber comes with both large and small trays. there are no leaks and it holds the temp and pressure really solid cycle after cycle. First cycle takes about 20 minutes to come up from cold. After that it is only about 10 minutes to get to sterilization temp. looks great inside. This is a used Pelton Crane OCM autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, and 1 large tray. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about ... moreits max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently.
