I tested after I’d hadn’t been used in a while and first it worked perfectly ... more( both gauges in the green as shown in last 2 photos) then I couldn’t get it to go back to that ( no pressure or temp over 200 and the reservoir water ran into sterilization tank with it off. I ordered a new gasket which I put on and internal tank heats to 210-220 as shown and there is no pressure on gauge. I assume it needs a rebuild. Cosmetically it is in good condition as shown and I will include the sterilizing tray and original gasket which I think is probably still good. Any questions I will be happy to answer. Selling as -is no returns.

Used Pelton and Crane model OCM Omni-Clave sterilizer. I have tried it out and it does heat and build up pressure. Both gauges work. There was some leakage around the door gasket so it will need an new one. The cap is missing for the water tank. This unit has been in storage for a while. Anything that involves steam and pressure should be checked out by a professional before use. This unit is nice and clean inside and out" The above description is from the seller I bought from about a month ago. I bought this a month ago because mine broke. I ordered and replaced the door gasket because it needed it. By the time the gasket came in the part for my auto-clave came in. I was able to fix my clave and ended up not needing this one. This listing is for a Pelton& Crane model OCM Omniclave. I bought it from a retired doctor. Because I am not savvy in medical equipment I had a friend check this out for me who is a physician. She fired it up with some distilled water and said it is in good working order. In the last photo you can see the omniclave turned on and the gauges building. It looks to be in good shape. Maybe a scratch or ding here and there. I did see a small amount of lime or calcium residue inside the water reservoir. I did not take this apart to clean it; I just wiped it down for the pictures. Autoclave can be run either through dry heat cycle or steam cycle. A metal instruction sheet stores neatly under the machine and pulls out from the front when needed. The interior trays shown are included. Cosmetically. The unit is in overall good condition. The timer knob is not original to the machine, but does function to turn the timer on and off. However the pointer on the knob does not seem to indicate the correct minutes on the timer. My knowledge in testing this type of equipment is limited so it will be sold as is. I was able to power on the sterilizer and the heat light comes on as well. I could feel the unit getting hotter. But the temperature gauge was slow to move ... moreup. This is a used Pelton Crane OCM autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, and 1 large tray. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about ... moreits max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. Hello this is item that came from a working environment one of the lenses on the light is broken so that has to be replaced the handle has some cracks or pieces broken however it is still good it is the Large OCR sanitizer not the not the Smaller OCM. I add three trays with it worth 300 by themselves. The cover for the reservoir is missing. I found a decorative cover but it looks a little ghetto so you probably want to get your own cover. I believe there's a perforated cover that goes across the back that would need to be bought also. Good luck bidding I will be adding more pictures later

Used Pelton& Crane autoclave approximately 15 years old. Well maintained. Has a newer chamber and seals( seals are about 10 years ago. comes with three trays( all in excellent condition. Not bent or damaged in any way. autoclave runs great and was regularly tested/ inspected while it was in use. Outside casing is in very good condition with very minor blemishes.
