This is an old style Electric Steam Sterilizer/Autoclave. Not sure how this machine works. But the tank heats up right away. It has the old style two prong electric plug. The tank has scale build up as you can see in the photos. Tank size is 14" x 5.25" x 3.5" The tray is 13" x 4.5" You are bidding on an antique sterilzer machine made by Prometheus PA. This is a used Validator 10 Regular/Old Style autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with fill plate and 1 large tray. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the ... moreunit to about its max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. The next day it is packaged and shipped out. This is the very fast(hence. Speedclave" manual M7 autoclave by Midmark. They keep the Ritter name on there for physician office recognition. Models with only the Midmark name on them were designated for the dental& veterinary markets. Be assured though they are the same- just a different cover. This is the-022 model. Please note that only the-02x models like this one are the absolute newest model made. That's important when comparing prices. As of the moment I listed this unit. This is the lowest price for this model. Lower even than many of the older models listed. One of the key differences is the fill& vent switch on the front. On-02x models the lever is an electric toggle switch. It activates a solenoid valve. ALL models before this the lever manually opens a fill& vent valve. Functionally this new valve is more ... morereliable. But ALL M7s seem to be extremely reliable. I know because i am Midmark certified and have been servicing them for 21 years. I maintain& repair medical equipment for a living. 2 large trays. 1 small tray, the tray rack, the tray plate, drain hose& the reservoir cover are included. This unit does come with a drain tube that plugs into the front for super easy draining of the reservoir. Models prior to-011 do not have this. They have a poppy-cock on the bottom right side of the unit that has to be opened over a sink or bucket. On manual units like this you can see I marked the temperature dial with a green& red paint dot to match a green& red dot on the temperature gauge so you don't have any guess work on where to set the dial for the temp you wish to achieve. American Sterilizer Model 608A Auto Clave Sterilizer I won this American Sterilizer model 608A at a local auction and I really am not familiar with this type of item. I am selling the unit as is with no returns because I really dont know how to test it properly. I will say I put water in the unit and it did turn on and it did get hot inside producing steam but it shut off after about a minute and I had to hit the reset button to make it turn on again. It does not leak water and the shut off valve works in the back and I drained the water from the unit with the valve. The timer does work and when I turned the timer on the unit came on. Like I said it did shut off after a minute or so. Both lights work on it as well and the temperature adjust knob worked to turn off the white light on the left side. Tuttnauer 2540M Autoclave Sterilizer "Excellent Price"
This is a used Tuttnauer 2540M autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with 2 trays. More can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about its max. We diagnose every ... moreunit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. This Harvey Chemiclave EC 5500 was removed from a working environment a few weeks ago after an oral surgeon retired. The autoclave is in excellent used condition and comes with tray as well as the small black cover that fits over the the refill reservoir. Sterilizer was plugged in and tested out. The unit gets to appropriate pressure/temperature and works perfectly. These Chemical sterilizers run off of an alcohol based vapo-steril solution. Not distilled water.
