A nice tilting machinist's vice. 4 inch jaws. 4 inch opening. Vernier scale 0 to 90 degrees, Adjustable 0 stop. A slight amount of surface rust. But honestly not as bad as it looks in the pictures, and doesn't hamper function at all. It's only been used a few times. The maximum opening is 3' The only apology is the few spots of rust and corrosion in various areas due to poor storage. I see no manufacturers name or marks. The vise opens and closes in a smooth fashion. there is no loose parts or play. It is a good user machinist tool. It is a hefty vise. The vise weighs over 11 pounds.
