Here's an extremely lightly used Haas Digital Indexer Setup. Complete with Model S5C Control and matching S5C 5C Horizontal/Vertical Collet Indexer. This is the last model of the black Haas indexers(before they went to red paint) and is a 17 pin. Brush type model. The setup works perfectly. It's simple to use as a stand alone indexing unit. Since it is the 17 pin system. It can be directly connected to any of the Haas VF series mills if you have the rotary table servo driver installed and enabled. We did this for one small aluminum job on a friend's VF5) The current control boxes for the Haas rotary tables and indexers use exactly the same programming. As well. There are only 3 differences between this setup and the latest. Greatest. 1. The newer units understand where"Home is" no matter where and when you shut off the ... morecontrol. With this model. Ellis indexing dividing head for milling machine Bridgeport or Cincinnati mill
This indexing head came with a Cincinnati#2 mill that I just bought. It was being used to cut transmission gears for some kind of vintage car. I already have an indexer so this ones for sale, although I think this ones nicer than the one I already had. I think this is an Ellis brand, but I cant find a name on it. The head is nice and tight with no slop at all, it comes with the tailstock and 3 plates total. The center of the spindle is 3-1/2" above the table. The locators on the bottom of the head and tailstock are for the 5/8" slots on a larger mill. You would have to change them back to 1/2" if you want to use this on a Bridgeport or smaller mill. Used Hardinge BB4 horizontal milling machine with indexing head. Takes 4C collets on mill and indexer. Mill is on the original cabinet. Motor has been changed to 110v utilizes the original drum switches for forward and reverse plus 2 speed. Includes 15 collets and both draw tubes. Backlash is 1/16 turn Y and 1/8 turn X table is nice. The indexer accepts 5C collets or a Hardinge 4deg taper chuck. The spindle looks brand new. It also has a PTO for a gear box to be added so you can mill flutes etc to make drills, the gear box is being sold separately in my other products. Originally this came from a Hardinge TM-UM milling machine but the indexer itself is for any milling machine. there are also a couple accessories and a center to support centered milling, see photos for the rest. This package weights in at 70lbs.

PLEASE NOTE:If anyone knows exactly what this is or what it fits and is willing to share that information so i can post it here please send me an email and i hope the gods smile upon you for sharing your knowledge. Up for auction is what i believe to be some kind of indexing head for a milling machine.I am not sure? What you see in the photos is what you get.There are no indexing plates or any accessories just the head as shown.this has a large tapered bore spindle which has an adapter shank to a smaller taper.Not sure currently which taper this has but will do some research and add it here if i find out.The base has a swivel that is graduated from 0 to 90 degrees to left of zero and also to right of zero so 180 degrees total graduated on the base.then the head also swivels on the post that comes up off the base and is marked the same way ... moreas the base with zero to 90 degrees up and down.So between the head and the base you can get a compound angle up down and swing left to right.The head itself is very beefy and the center rotates freely 360 degrees but is not marked out and i am assuming it gets some kind of bolt on indexing plate on the front as it looks like it has mounting holes and flange around the face for that but this head is not marked with any kind of manufacturer but does have a casting number stamped on it which is[ 77154] it has a thumb screw on the side of the head that locks the head and keeps it from rotating. Also has t slots cast into the head body on top and bottom. So basically what you see is what you get and no more. Industrial custom designed indexing double head miter saw
You are looking at a custom designed industrial double head indexing miter saw. This miter saw was designed and manufactured by Citco Canada for CANLYTE Canada. An electrical appliance manufacturing company based in Montreal Canada. The unit was designed and manufactured in 2001 and was put in service in 2002. The cost of design& manufacturing was $32000.00(all documents& proof of purchase are supplied with the unit) The double station miter saw was meant to slot and cut plastic parts. The left hand station was meant to slot the pieces of plastic(two piece at the time) and the right hand station was meant to cut the pieces of plastic at a specific precise angle(two pieces at the time) The saw is a stand alone unit that can be transported with a jigger(approx 2000lbs) It works on 600volts and requires compressed air. The operation ... moreprinciple is very simple. Two pieces that needs to be slotted are inserted in the left station. As the first push button is pressed. The two pieces are locked in place by the use of pneumatic plungers. As the second push button is activated, the station indexes automatically via a pneumatic cylinder and comes back with the slotted pieces. The pieces are then manually transferred to the right station where the are also locked in place and cut at a specific angle. This unit can be modified to suit your need. It can be used as a cutting station on both sides. It can be used to cut wood, plastic, aluminum or any other suitable parts. The unit is built on a 30' x 66' x 1' thick steel plate. Cutting units are two 3/4hp Baldor Electric grinder/buffers equipped with cutting blades. Cutting stations are mounted on THK linear rails and sliding blocks. They are indexed using Bimba pneumatic cylinders. The right station is also fitted with two 8' Palmgren rotary tables(adjustable in 3 dimensions) and is also indexed with a Bimba pneumatic cylinder. Erickson? Yusa 4th axis rotary table indexer CNC pneumatic indexing head Haas
Pneumatic indexing head. I believe this is an Erickson. But the name plate is gone. Hooked it up to the compressor and tested advancing fine- Has a standard 5-pin CNC plug, but I have no idea how to test that function- the shop closed, and there's no need for this expensive piece of equipment. Check the video link out- I believe this can be used manually with a foot pedal or hand control, and may also be hooked to a CNC controller for your lathe or mill. 4" to the center of the mounting plate, 3" center-to-center on the mounting bolt holes. Add a chuck or rotary table plate. The center hole is tapered, maybe for a 3-C collet- or R8- smooth bore tho- no threads.
