I don't know much about compasses. So please look at all pictures before you bid. It is heavy brass. With some tarnish. The mirror has the line down the middle like it should but it has some squiggly mark on it(see picture 3) All parts move freely. There are two tiny"levels" in there and they work fine. 1 3/8 x 2 7/8 x 3 1/8 inches closed.
