Nice Yuasa (NEWS) 5C Collet indexer - Complete with Ratcheting Assembly
This is a nice clean horizontal& vertical 5C collet indexer. The label says"NEWS& Yamato Koki" NEWS was the importer of Yuasa tools before Yuasa International started importing directly. Yamato Koki is one of the 5 Japanese companies that manufacture Yuasa Tools. This unit is in very good operating condition. The spindle nose is very good. There is one small spot on the threads that looks like it was hit with a grinding wheel(see picture) The inside of the spindle nose is perfect. Both the horizontal and vertical mounting faces are nice with only light scratching. The unit grips very well and releases nicely.The unit has been thoroughly cleaned. Lubticated and repainted. The thread on the spindle nose is 2-1/4 X 8TPI so this accepts a number of common lathe chucks. Payment via Paypal only unless alternate arrangements are ... moremade before bidding. Made by news/ yuasa. This is a horizontal/ vertical 5c collet indexer P-204 in great condition. The hardened and ground spindle takes any standard 5c collets. The spindle has a taper seat in the fixture frame. Rapid opening and closing of the collet on a production basis is done with the lever collet closer having a leverage ratio of 100 to 1. Haas Yuasa 5C Indexer with controller & air chuck
Very nice Haas Yuasa 5C indexer with air collet chuck. In excellent working condition and looks good. Includes the pneumatics control cabinet but you will need to figure out how to configure/wire the pneumatic controls depending on your needs. All programs work. Returns to zero. Seal-tite cord is about 10 ft long between controller and indexer head. Payment due in full by Paypal within 7 days of close of auction. Buyer pays cost of shipping by UPS ground. I will pack this properly for shipping- most probably will pack in two separate boxes(one for the controller and pneumatics.
