I try to keep the cost down and do not charge a packaging fee. Some time back the host started charging a finale value fee on shipping. This means they collect a percentage of the shipping cost besides the standard item cost. On a smaller USPS Priority mail item the cost is really not effected, any difference I absorb as the seller. However on larger items shipped UPS Ground or trucking, I must add weight or adjust to reflect the percentage the host takes. There are a variety of holes drilled in the back of the chuck for mounting. There are(4) 1/4-20 threaded holes on a 3.250" diameter bolt circle, 3) 1/4-20 threaded holes on a 2.360" dia. b.c, and(3) 5/16-18 threaded holes on a 2"080 dia. b.c. These bolt circle diameters are approximate, measured with a vernier. And there's plenty of meat to drill your own holes, as necessary. The only markings on this are"4R PERMO" and"CXM 1240-19" I am unsure of the manufacturer, but this is a quality made item guaranteed not to disappoint.
