Kearney and Trecker small Rotary Indexer
Says(Kearney and Trecker. Milwaukee, Wis. 3-6487) 8 1/4 overall length by 6 1/2 high. Base is 4 3/4 by 2 1/4. I have no ideal what this was used for, and if there is more that goes with it. The big round part that rotates is 4 1/8 dia. and the hole in the movable Brass part is 5/8. The Brass guide is adjustable and has a line up mark, I guess for centering. Unit weights about 19 lbs. The crank works smoothly with no play, and the adjustment for the brass guide is tight.

This control has the optional 1000 line encoder. Most only have 500. This gives you better accuracy. Includes printed copy of manual. Interestingly. ALL Haas indexer and rotary table controllers are programmed excatly the same. I used this minimally with my Haas S5C indexer. But later mounted the indexer directly to my Haas CNC Toolroom Mill. So, this controller is not needed now. This unit can also be connected to almost any other CNC machine that can use M controls or RS232 interconnect.
