Indexer with Center and Ball Chuck Includes: Indexer. Chuck, internal and external jaws, Hardinge tailstock, 2 risers and fastening hardware. This indexer came out of a high-end shop in Cleveland Ohio. They custom built the indexer for a Linley jig borer with 9/16" width slots. They had to modify fixturing on occasion for their product line. The parts were very delicate. But had a large swing. A Hardinge tailstock and a Ball chuck(made in Sweden) were used with the rest of the assembly. The indexer has one degree marks around the whole circumference(360) and numbers engraved every 10 degrees. There are no indexing pins. The operator has to visually set each index point and lock the back 2 locking screws. I don't have a chuck wrench for it. Haas 5C Servo 4th Axis Indexer Rotary
This Haas 5c Brushed Servo Indexer is in like new condition. It was purchased as an option on a Micro Machine system for $6000 and was only used a couple of times. If you want to use this with a Haas servo control box you would need to re-wire it with the Haas connector. I called Haas service center and explained to them what motor this unit had installed and they stated it would use a 17-Pin connector as it was a Servo motor and the encoder has the preferred feedback option. As you can see from the pictures this Indexer is probably the nicest one ever seen up on Ebay. I powered up the Servo motor and the motion is smooth. Fluid, and quite. This unit still has the factory installed grease as you can see in one of the pictures.

haas 4th axis 5C Indexer + controler
This set can be used on its own or the controller bypassed and plugged in to a CNC machine to trigger movements. You can pull up some YouTube videos of ones like this in operation. This unit was used very little and with a spray oil cutting lubricant as opposed to a water based coolant that tends to shorten the working life of these units.
