You are buying a cutoff used military surplus stock 3.000 lbs hydraulic planetary DP manufacturing recovery winch, model 3CPO, part number 52005. It has a manual kick out and a tensioner. We tested it on our hydraulic test stand to make sure it works. It may have some surface rust, and may need to have some seals or O-rings replaced. Sold"as is" We cleaned it up and painted it.
