TULSA 15000 Lb Gear Drive PTO WINCH
Im not sure what this winch is off of. I got it just the way it is pictured. If you turn the sprocket one way, it drives the spool, but I dont see a way to reverse or freewheel it. Not at all like the log skidder winches I am use to using. There are no leaks and the cable looks at least half full. The paint is coming off pretty easily and the driveshaft yoke is welded heavy. If you live close enough and are interested. By all means come out and give it a look over.Im guessing it weighs close to 300 lbs. Pick-ups only, or use your courier. Thanks for looking.

Slip clutch on input shaft. 70 meter cable with hook. Pictured with 404 Mounts. I believe I could exchange these for 406/416 mounts. While removing from the truck. I broke the site glass on the side of the winch. On the plus the gear oil mess revealed very good condition gear oil and a clean interior. A New all Brass Sight Glass is included with the winch. This is a working Holmes winch with a good cable. I was planning to use it on a project. But probably never will, so i'm selling it. It was mounted in the bed(to the frame) of a 3/4 ton truck& driven off a PTO from the transmission. I was planning to mount a small gasoline powered engine to it, then have a portable winch. I was thinking that if I went somewhere to pick up something heavy with my trailer, i could take this with me to get it up on the trailer or even mount it to the gooseneck of a gooseneck trailer. Anyway, it's in good condition. It has a lever to make it travel slowly in either direction, then another lever to disengage the drum in order to pull the cable out by hand. Local pickup only. It had power enough to pull the whole machine backwards.

I bought this cute ramsey worm drive winch. it is pto driven, I tried it out using a hydraulic motor but, it seemed to slow for what I wanted it for, however it did pick up the entire back end of my ditch witch with a 35 hp diesel,lol. I should have used the pto but didn't, that is what is was made for, or, I can send the pulley that is pictured with it so you can use any motor, electric or hydraulic or, a pto shaft. It has the shaft on either side so it can be used from either direction! This does have the free drum action, just disengage it by the lever and pull out cable. it does have two small seals that should be replaced, since they are harden and drip gear oil. On one side is the bearing that has a grease zert, the other is in gear oil for long life. This works great, has not been used much. Item Description This is a used Tusla Winch that was removed from one of our wreckers a while ago. The dimensions are as follows: drum diameter 14" and 15.5" wide. The overall dimensions are 42" wide. 20.5" tall, 19" deep. It weighs about 300 pounds. There is about a 1/8 turn of play before it engages. There is one tooth on the gear that is chipped and you can see it in the last picture. The overall condition of this winch is in good shape for its age.
