THIS winch unit was originally either Hydraulic motor or clutch PTO driven on the big truck it came off of originally. Motor is a small"briggs" I had on a tiller(cranks and runs well) Using a home made belt clutch that seems to work well. Bare Winch alone at Surplus Sales was $1000. Has cable on it with hook. When it had the larger sprocket on it I swear it would have moved my house. THIS Is a project. Great for mounting on a vehicle trailer for loading, or for recovering vehicles. I went through several electric winches on my car hauler trailer ... moreat one time, they are not designed to make extreme pulls. I have a low feedback. But this is the 3rd time I have returned to ebay, you can search out this winch in operation on youtube under my user name ibewgypsie. I build and fabricate things for my own use and sometimes to sell to others. I have been mowing around this winch all summer, not used it but once. I used to buy hotrods in fields and have to drag them out with a 4wd. I think I have bought and resold all the ones in my area now thou. IF you just want the winch and need it shipped I can zip it off the small trailer in five minutes. OTHERWISE you must pick it up, or truck ship it. To truck ship I probably will have to remove all fluids, tires and strap it to a pallet then hire someone to haul it to a terminal. Maybe extra charges involved. This Rule winch has only been used twice.It looks and runs beautiful. It has the Echo csw-3000 type 1-E. 1.83 cubic inch power head. It is rated at 1800 lbs single line and 3500 lbs pull with included pully block as well as include anchor strap. The only way you will find a better one would be to find a brand new one.

Bearings have zirk fittings for lubrication. Heavy duty sprockets, bearings, and chain. Single line pull rated at 9,500 lbs. 450:1 gear reduction. Has approx 100' of 1/4 cable on it now, cable also in very good condition. Spool should handle 150' of 5/16 or 3/8" cable. Winch in excellent operating condition.
