It has the ability to free wheel. This machine is large and heavy so freight will be the method of travel. We have not hooked it up to power to test the motor. Used My-Te capstan winch. Unit has been repainted looks decent but has a few drips scratches ect. Gearboxes have been flushed and refilled with a gearbox grease that is less likely to leak out or run out the vent if it tips over in your truck. Has 3 way toggle switch under control box and outlet for remote. No remote included. Tested and runs with no noise that I would consider out of the ordinary. Pulls 20 amps when running and I can load it with my hands to about 25amps. To the best of my knowledge there should be no issues with this since it is a used piece of equipment it is selling as is. Price is less than half of new price.
