Heavy duty low mount bumper style winch. Comes with removable. Reversible capstan line pulley. It includes a PTO shaft to drive it mechanically from a power source. I purchased this winch to fabricate to a plate for use with a skid steer. I wanted to reach beside and drag things between and alongside buildings when unable to use the center winch because of limited side clearance. I was also hoping to use the versatile capstan pulley without the need for two men. Unfortunately I misunderstood the ad where it was described as being"either" PTO or"hydraulically" driven. I thought I could just plug into the winch motor from my skid steer hydraulics. To drive it hydraulically would require an additional pump to turn the PTO drive shaft or the correct direct drive hydraulic motor attached right onto the worm drive shaft end ... moreplate. I have never used it. Cannot vouch for its working condition, so it is being sold AS IS.
