This is a Miller Manhandler 8442/65 hoist winch for confined space entry. It is used but shows no problems. Has one small ding on case but should not affect anything. Also one of the welds had a little rust on it but should not be a problem. I unwound almost all the cable except the last two feet and saw no issues what so ever. It works fine winding and unwinding. I have the carry bag and instructions. They are kind of rough from being carried around. I also have two shackles I will include if you want them.
