Scratches, discoloration, dust, and labeling from previous use. Notes: The item was connected to 115VAC and powered on. We were able to adjust the voltage knob. But turning the duration knob did not change the reading on the meter. The duration meter needle never moved from its initial state upon power up. We cycled power, and the needle of the duration meter moved to a different value. We tried to adjust it again, but it still did not move the needle at all. Turning the unit on and off moves the needle to seemingly random spots on the duration meter, and the value on the meter never changes even when the knob is turned. For this reason, this item is presumed to be malfunctioning and is being sold as-is, for parts or repair only. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
