This is a used Lincoln invertec v160 DC stick and Tig welder with pulse. This welder has been fully tested and works excellent. Includes only what you see in the photos. No leads or controls are included. The plug is currently an nema L6-30. It will automatically switch itself between 115 and 230v single phase input. Cosmetics: There are some cosmetic issues consistent with welder being used in the construction industry- expect the usual scuffs and marks. The handle is loose in the plastic. I have another one of these welders and can attest to it being common. I hooked it up and Tig welded with it on some stainless with and without the pulse function on and it worked flawlessly. I hate to sell this welder but I have been carrying this around for 2 years and feel it would be better for someone to buy it who will use it. I purchased the welder from a surplus sale about 10- 15 years ago and ran it up to about 2 years ago. I had a small weld shop in the south east. This welder was the work horse of the shop. This welder has welded allot of aluminium. Stainless, copper nickel, and carbon steel. It has made its money back 3000 times. The machine is good, the TIG system works great, I have even used it with a miller wire feed system as the primary power source. Machine comes with a 300 amp Jackson stinger that is approximately 25 foot. the pig tail is 14 feet with a attached ground that is approximately 12 feet with an additional ground extinction of another 12 feet. Surplus used welder. This is a Miller Big 20 It is designed for SMAW/stick welding but when coupled with a compressor could handle light air arc gouging as well. With appropriate equipment it can also do GTAW/TIG. With a suitcase wire feeder like an LN-25 you could also do GMAW/FCAW(MIG/Flux core) with it. This is Miller's answer to the insanely popular Lincoln SA-200 Pipeliner and having used both in the field. They both put down a similar quality bead. The warning light comes on when switched to plasma cutting or MMA mode. I have never used or tested the TIG mode but the light is not coming on if its on this setting when turned on. I had a problem before with the warning light coming on but it went away on its own and worked fine for several months. The light may go away again on its own or may have something loose inside or may need to be serviced. Selling AS IS with no returns.
