This welder is awesome. It does every process you could need. This is the best portable welder you could buy from any manufacturer. This has been used in my home ONLY. I used it for light home use with the intention to do repair work for local landscapers/contractors. But just never had the time to get to that point. I used it manly to make steel molds for for metal casting and to make B-B-Q's. Everything works great, and It welds very smooth. The arc is more crisp than the Trailblazer a friend of mine has. I have just bought 100' of 2/0 Work and 100' 2/0 electrode welding leads, maybe a few months ago now. they are like new and it comes with the welder that is like new. Miller XMT 300 with Thermadyne Portable Wire Feeder and Bernard MIG gun
This for a Miller XMT 300 and a Thermadyne 12s portable wire feeder with a Bernard MIG gun. The XMT 300 is CC and CV and does Stick. TIG, and MIG. This was the predecessor to the XMT 304. Everything works good and is wired for single phase right now. It has the Autolink for automatice voltage detection from the incoming power. The Thermadyne wire feeder is basically just like a Miller SP-32 portable wire feeder. They are about the same size and style. I also have a cart and a Miller Spoolmatic 1 spool gun that I'm selling separatey but will give a good deal if somebody wants them to go with the welder. The XMT had epoxy splashed on it but there were no dents or signs of abuse so we did a cosmetic refurb with new paint and decals. The serial number decal couldn't be saved so we took the serial number from inside the machine and engraved on the back of the XMT for easy parts reference. Otherwise it came out looking pretty nice. The Super S32P feeder shows wear on the case with a burn mark on the side but it works good. We MIG welded with this and it put down real nice clean beads with.035 wire. Tested all the functions and everything works as it should, TIG MIG and Stick. The wire feeder is voltage sensing so it can be used on any gas drive too. This is a used Miller extended reach welding system set up for MIG welding from our own operation. We bought it new and have kept it well maintained. It includes everything shown in the pictures. A Miller XR extended reach wire feeder. S-22A constant feed wire feeder, and a XMT 300 CC/CV DC inverter arc welder. This was just calibrated in February at our machine shop. It was used infrequently and is in excellent working condition. The power source also has the capability of gas metal arc, gas metal arc-pulsed, flux cored arc, gas tungsten arc, gas tungsten arc-pulsed, and shielded metal arc welding. It is wired 220 volts and can be picked up at our Stoughton, Ma. facility. If you want it shipped I will work with you on securing the components to a pallet for pick-up by your hired carrier.

This is a 2004 XMT 304 300 Amp Welding Machine. I purchased it on ebay not long ago because i didn't understand that the 304 line has several Phased Machines and styles. This specific Machine is 3 Phase only! It is too exspensive to convert it over to Single phase. However you can buy a Transformer box for Single Phase to convert it to 3 phase power for the machine, it's called a Phase Converter, however i suspect this would be too much for me and something that could mess up and cost as much as the machine to repair in the future. However, This machine does work with exact output Current and Voltage as it reads, which means it's not been abused over the Duty Cycle and holds a constant voltage and current for good welds. Hello Bidders Up for auction is a XMT 304 with auto link. This machine is a 208-240 single phase or thee and 460 single or three phase. This unit can tig. Stick, mig and much more. This unit has been tested and certified. This unit is in great condition. There are some"light" scratches and signs of normal use. There is ten foot of three phase wire on the machine. Meaning that the cord is set for single phase. For three phase connect red lead to the empty slot on the switch. Always disconnect the red or connect the red. Miller Xmt 350 208- 575 Single Or Three Phase.
For sale we have an xmt 350. This machine powers up successful but has no output. It comes with a 600v insulated 3 phase cord. This is a full unit 100% assembled. We ran a diode test on the interconnect board. It looks like this unit will need mod1 and mod2 replaced. If you have any questions or would like me to test some of the other components we can.
