So it does have a few very minor scratches and scuffs as would be expected for a very lightly used machine of this type. This machine is capable of both tig and stick welding(stinger not included) I believe it will also drive a MIG feeder. Miller board 154919 was changed to part number 186768. Either one will work fine in any Syncrowave 351. This is a 186768 board. I am a Miller certified electrical and electronics technician. I repaired this board by replacing a 3 pin 7805 voltage regulator. It works great. Just like a new one, I have tested it in a Syncrowave 351. You can save at least $450 buying this one. There is a $25 core charge included in the price. I will send a postage paid envelope with this board. When I receive your bad board I will make a $25 refund to your paypal account. There is a 14 day return privilege. I put a 20% restocking fee because I don't want people using my board as a troubleshooting tool. Check my feedback and buy with confidence!
