For auction is this Miller Millermatic 250 MIG Welder.Input is 200/230/460 Single Phase and output is 200 amps rated 60%duty cycle. Included is a Miller M25 15 foot gun. Ground, Gas Regulator/Flowmeter, hose and a Miller 30A Spoolmatic Gun with a 25 foot extension. The machine has been painted because it had some overspray and scratches in the paint. It looks very good. M25 gun has new liner, tip and nozzle. The 30 A Spool Gun has a new wire canister, tip, barrel and liner. The gas regulator has an adapter fitting so it can connect to a CO2 tank as well as Argon or AR/CO mix. Also included is a Y fitting if you want to run two bottles to the machine, CO2 or the mix for steel, Argon for the Spool gun for welding aluminum. This for a Miller XMT 300 and a Thermadyne 12s portable wire feeder with a Bernard MIG gun. The XMT 300 is CC and CV and does Stick. TIG, and MIG. This was the predecessor to the XMT 304. Everything works good and is wired for single phase right now. It has the Autolink for automatice voltage detection from the incoming power. The Thermadyne wire feeder is basically just like a Miller SP-32 portable wire feeder. They are about the same size and style. I also have a cart and a Miller Spoolmatic 1 spool gun that I'm selling separatey but will give a good deal if somebody wants them to go with the welder. Gas regulator with hose and ground cable. We put down some beads with 030 wire and 75/25 gas and it welded real nice. The place I got it from told me there was damage to the sheet metal and they replaced some of it so the serial number wasn't transferred. I can't find a number on it but you can tell some sheet metal is newer. It did not affect the operation of the machine at all. It works really well and looks good. This appears to be in good usable condition however I do not know if it works or if it is all the year. This was found in an abandoned storage unit and it came in this box with tramafet instructions but the tool says Miller on it. Local pick up only I bought this welder last year. The guy I bought it from used it to make deer stands. I have used it to weld up some go karts. Fence repair, built a trailer with it, and did some repairs on my truck. I am going to buy much bigger welder, so that is why I am selling it. Its the solid wire for welding mild steel) welder mig gun ground clamp 115v plug smith regulator with new gauges You can test it out if you would like to purchase. Its really easy to operate. It was having feeding issues, so I bought a new roller guide, roller bearing, and new liner. It turns out that the feeding issue was with the actual gun hose itself(it ... morehad been kinked) So it was causing the liner to kink sometimes. I bought a brand new mig gun with hose for it, and a new liner and it welds super smooth now(have used it 2-3 times since putting the new gun on it) There have been no other issues with this welder. And its a miller so you know its good. It will weld 24 ga sheet metal to 3/16th" on a single pass, thicker if you bevel the metal. I think its"rated" for 3/16ths inch. Ill post up some pictures of the welder later on. It is in good shape and will last a long time. Esp with all those new genuine miller parts I put in it. This also accepts the bigger 11-12 lb rolls of wire so you save money in the long run if you do a lot of welding with it.
