Hobart Handler MIG welder model 6869 similar to a Hobart 140 mig welder
This is an older Hobart Handler 6969 that has been in operation for about 15-20 years. It is currently in non-working order. It recently started giving me problems and was not feeding wire at all. I had a friend troubleshoot and we found that two of the diodes were bad. I replaced the two diodes and the welder worked for another 3 sessions of welding when it stopped feeding wire once again. Rather than continue to try and repair this welder I decided to buy a new one. They don’t make welders like this any longer and this unit has done more that its share of work. This could have some life left in it but I just don’t have the time to continue to invest in this welder. I would prefer a pickup only but will ship this for $68 if you are the winning bidder.
