Miller Big 50D welder Continental Diesel TM27 for parts
I am selling a Big 50D Miller welder with a Continental TMD27 that runs great(code JJ@ mid 80's) It had a fuel knock and smoked bad so I had the injectors rebuilt and it got better but there is a small noise(very small) when it warms up but isn't loud enough to hear from 5 feet away. Can't pin down just exactly what it is and I have been working on engines a long time, it may not be anything to worry about as diesels are pretty noisy anyway compared to a gas motor. Maybe you need parts, great parts motor, just the pump and injectors are worth a lot by themselves. The hour meter doesn't work so I can't say how many hours are on it(says 619) the electrical is shot and it's for parts only, the armature may be good but I can't get it out till I pull the motor so that has to be seen, the field shorted out so that is ... morejunk. The radiator was just redone, sheet metal is good, switches, transformers, diodes, generator frame, fuel tank, glow plug relay, most anything you might need off a Big 50 or anything in that family that it will fit. Thursday 8/1 started it up today and ran it for a while.absolutely no noise when cold. Tight as a drum, this things sounds great, and then it's a pretty small noise as it warms up.sounds like it could be a bearing but it's not very bad at all, you can hear it run when you come and pick it up and see what you think, I am leaving it in the frame just for that.

Lincoln SA-250-D3.152 DC Arc Welder Feel free to ask questions via email or(540)381-3011 For sale is this used Lincoln SA-250-D3.152 DC Arc Welder. The welder is used and a bit older. But without any major damage. Has the normal bit of rust and wear for a welder of this age. Quite a bit of the paint has flaked off. There is some rust under where the battery goes. Though it is still structurally intact. The tires are both in good shape and I didn't see any cracks in the sidewall. Does not include a title for the trailer. The trailer uses a 2" ball. See photos below for more details on physical condition. We charged the included battery and the welder started right up within a second or two of cranking(50F outside) The engine sounded good and ran well. We let it run for awhile until up to about 150F on the temperature gauge. The oil ... morepressure gauge always showed max. pressure. So not sure if there is a problem with it or not. The welder does leak some oil. Seems to be coming from the oil pan. We have tried the two 115V A/C type outlets and they both power equipment just fine, each was 120V at 57Hz(a little low, but speed could be increased a bit) The 240V outlets also output fine at 240V and 57Hz. We connected up welding leads(not included) and were able to weld fine with the unit. The auto idle feature works well and idles down after not being used for 15 seconds and then goes to high idle when in use. We are located in Christiansburg. VA 24073. From what I can tell this welder is overall in good working order. We have included the video below of the welder in operation.
