Not sure how to test this beast however in nice cosmetic condition. Measures AC volt from 150, 300 and 600, AC Amperes 7.5 to 150 and Watts from 500 to 120000. Three gauges one for amp, watts and volts. The glass face for the volts is loose otherwise seem to be fine. There are a variety of electrical taps with 4 covers, a switch for 150 volts through 600 in single and three phase increments. There is also a volt meter switch to switch line sources from 1-2, 2-3 and 1-3. No power cord for the unit. Made by Niagara Electrical Instrument Buffalo NY.
