Nice Pair Vintage Daiwa Spincast Reels/M80 & RS80RL/Great Working/Just Add Line
Two nice. Clean, smooth working daiwa spincasting reels. One Model M80 and one Model RS80RL great for pan fishing, trout fishing or light tackle bassing. river smallmouth are a handful on the smooth little bassbusters. Some scrapes and scratches but work 100% I used the RS80RL quite a bit and love every fish catching cast of it. I have over 100 spincasting reels so I'm moving some out because it's time to fish some of my others. Other than new line(the RS has some nice 8# on it) these small powerhouses are ready to go. Low starting bid and reasonable $8.25 shipping to the lower 48 states make these a bargain to start the new season. The pushbutton line release works well, the clicker switch works good and the anti-reverse works but is a little stickey it probably needs some lube. Vintage ABU 120 and 170 spincast reels
One each vintage ABU 120 and 170 spincast reels. The 120 comes with original operating manual. Both reels are used but clean. Though the 170 has a small dent on the cover that you can see in the 3rd picture. Both reels are fully functional, though I am not sure how to adjust the drags on these as I am a Mitchell guy for the most part. Three(3) very, very nice vintage spincast reels (2 Shakespeare-1 Ted Williams)
3 super reels-2 for the collector. List below 1-Shakespeare Wonderflyte 1765-I don't believe this reel has ever had line or been used. It's that nice. Even the paint on bottom of the foot is unmarked. Original grease. These old Shakespeares are not valuable but you will rarely see any like these out of the box. Date code EE(circa 1966) 2-Shakespeare 1700 II-At least as nice as the other Shakespeare and it doesn't appear to have been lined or fished. Virtually unsmudged or marked. Date code DJ(circa 1972) 3-Well used but sturdy and reliable Sears(Ted Williams 240) reel. USA made. Metal and heavy for it size. Made to last in other words. I have bottom fished for bream with it for several years. Mid sixties reel. All 3 reels have star drag.
