Vintage JOHNSON Century Model 100B Spincast Reel, USA, NICE!
This is a very nice vintage Johnson Century Model 100B spin cast reel. The reel is stamped Johnson. Century, Model 100B, Made in USA and heel is stamped Made in USA. Measures approx. 3 5/16" long. 2 15/16" tall and 2 1/2" spool diameter. This reel is in very good condition with the exception that there is a scrape on the upper right outer edge of spool cover(see photo 5) and reel is in very good working condition. I'll let the photos tell the rest.

Vintage Johnson Century Model 100B closed face spinning reel Fishing Box Manual
Up for auction is a recent estate find. This is a vintage Johnson Century Model 100B Closed Face Spinning Reel( today we would call it a spin casting reel) made by the Denison- Johnson Inc. Mankato. Minnesota. Included is the reel( in new unused condition) prespooled from the factory with 6 pound line and it still retains the Johnson plastic tab on the end of the line. The original parts/ warranty manual instruction sheet is include as is an original order blank for a extra spool and they are all in the original box! Made in USA and backed by"Lifetime Service" although Johnson reels are still made, they are now made outside of the country. Look at the pictures of the reel = it is immaculate and everything still works as designed. Note that I haven't done anything to this reel. It is in as found condition! There isn't even ... morea scratch on the reel foot from having been mounted on a rod! Mr. Lloyd Johnson designed and started making reels back in the 1960s and this Model 100B is likely circa 1970( from what I have been able to find out on the net) If you are a fishing reel collector it doesn't get much better than this reel = original box. Vintage, early model Johnson Century #100 Spincast with cloth bag
Reel runs excellent and smooth. It disengages and re-engages fine. Drag works fine. There's some cosmetic wear, but overall reel looks"purty"good. Cloth bag is encluded.

Vintage Johnson Century Model 100-A Spincast Fishing Reel for Repair
Here is a Johnson Century 100-A spincast reel in good physical condition. The reel cranks in good. The anti-reverse switch works good, and the pushbutton line release works well. The repair part is that the drag is not adjusting and seems to be froze up probably needs to be taken apart and cleaned. Ship USA 48 only Thanks for looking
