For sale is a N-C Portable Carpet Binder model: PBS-2A with Plastic Carry Case and a copy of the instruction manual. This unit was tested and seems to run as it should. I did not test it by binding a carpet because I don't have the binding fabric and the proper thread spool. When I press the trigger the needle goes up and down like a sewing mahine and the roller feed rotates. The trigger lock functions properly for continuos feeding. The light works. The moving parts probably should be cleaned and lubricated before use. Broadloom Speedbinder carpet binding sewing machine. It is portable! The instruction manual says model number PBL. The machine does light up and works. I'm not sure how to use it but all parts seem to move. There are extra pieces in bags and a metal disc, there is a plastic piece looks like fishing line on it? There are 2 extra motor belt strips. There is a box of needles, 22, 2 rolls of binding material, 2 1/2 boxes of small rolls of white thread. There is a bostitch stapler with staples, STCR 2619-3/8" It is in the original box with a wood base to support it, that is pretty beat up and I would probably ship it in that box just for the support. This came from original owner who retired a few years ago, he said it was easy to use because it is portable and moves around the rug.
