These sewing machine models are all-steel geared, precision built very powerful super smooth running, made to last a lifetime. It's a strong straight stitch. Reverse feed sewing. The feed dog can be easily dropped for freehand sewing, darning, silk. With this machine you can sew lightweight, medium& heavy weight fabrics, will sew multiple layers of denim, vinyl and canvas, garment leather is no problem either. My sewed samples consist of 6 layers of leather, 10 layers of denim and 4 layers of marine upholstery, it sewed them with ease, nice clean tight stitches.
