A great wooden box with lots of sewing attachments. The outside of the box reads Patented 1880 February 10(as best as I can make it out. Hard to read the last number in the 188. There are 19 pieces inside the box. As seen in the pictures. Beautifully made box, and it seems all the attachments one would ever need. Description Offered is a little industrial Singer chain stitch sewing machine born in(1897) It is a model 24-7 or 24-5 with a serial# 14545293 and has been used in the Tucan Hat factory of Kingston NY as one of many chain stitch machines. It was moved from a Brooklin factory about 30 yrs. ago. This little machine head is being offered for parts. It is slated for caps and similar articles(for general stitching) Clearance under presser foot 1/4" Plain tension. 4-12 stitches to the inch, and Speed 2000 spm. It has a chrome table plate with chrome tarnish. It has a slotted foot. This machine could be operated by hand crank, treadle, or using a motor. There is both chrome and paint worn away from over 115 year of use. The serial# is engraved in the casting.The logo plate is slightly bent, and the model plate is missing as is the stitch length ... moreindicator plate but does not effect the use of the machine. It is missing its needle screw and presser foot screw. Has a broken rear thread tensioner and missing front thread guide. The thread length adjuster is working but missing the end of its handle. The rotating hook is fine. It does make stitches when I substituted parts off another machine. I have several other of these machines both single and double needle and do not need this one. These machines were designed for leather patching, shoe repair, and harness making. They were incredibly well made and are still highly sought after by cobblers, harness makers, leather patch sewers, etc. Treadle style but can also be sewn with by hand, using the balance wheel for slower stitches. Antique Industrial Singer Double Needle Post Sewing Machine 52W100
This machine has been sitting around and needs a home. I have not run it at speed on a table with motor but it sews both needles turnning it by hand. It shines because it was sprayed with a protective liquid wax to prevent rust. It has wear spots in the finish in spots from use. The gears are in good shape and it rolls nice. It may need some fine tunning to run perfect but it is in good mechanical shape. I hate to sell it but I don't have a use for it in my upholstery shop and it would be better for it to get used. 1/8" guage. Nice clean bobbin caps. Good hooks. This auction is for the machine head only. No table or motor. It would need an industrial table with motor to run. I have a wooden forward tilt adapter in another auction this machine would fit on. You can find it in my other items. It is the one with one end open. With that ... moreadapter you could mount this head on almost any standard industrial table.

vintage antique SINGER class 7 sewing machine circa 1918 heavy duty industrial
From an estate sale. A Singer Class 7 heavy duty industrial sewing machine for canvas and leather, made about 1918. Biggest sewing machine I've ever dealt with. I'm not sure what kind of 7 it is- the only way I found that much(and the date of manufacture) out was by looking the serial number up on the singer serial number database but that only gives the class. I'm not a sewing person of any sort, much less heavy duty stuff, so I'm not super knowledgable. I did do some googling and found that there were apparently a lot of different sub-models of the class 7. I'm hoping some of you folks in the trade can tell from the configuration of the feet and stuff. It comes with a 110volt WMS clutch motor(400 watts is about 1/2 horse I think) 6 extra needles, and a box of heavy thread. The machine itself seems to be in very good ... moreshape. When I first got it in the warehouse I plugged it in and hit the foot pedal to engage the clutch, and the needle did it's thing for a good 10 seconds or so, and then gradually slowed and stopped. I think the machine needs oiling- I can turn it by hand easily enough but it seems to be just a bit too much for the motor. I dropped a few drops of 3-in-1 oil in the labeled oil ports but it probably needs gone over everywhere and well oiled up. Those orange ratchet straps were to give it lateral stability during transport- the table itself has no cross-bracing- and I'll leave them there for shipping, so you'll get a couple ratchet straps out of the deal too. This thing will go freight(well crated) And I should be able to get it to any business address with loading dock or forklift, in the continental US, for $400 OR LESS. If you operate from your home, it might be more economical for you to pick it up at the local depot, as residential and liftgate delivery can add up to $150. Old Antique Vintage Industrial Heavy Duty Singer Sewing Machine Mo. 112-4
I don't know what this was used for but it is one heavy duty sucker. It weighs 30 lbs, it is 11 1/2" long and 11" tall and 7" deep. Everything moves freely and looks like it would sew real good. I don't see any broken or repaired parts, everything is in super condition. Because of the weight the shipping will be 46.00 standard post.

RARE Antique 1951 Industrial Singer Model 17-23 Sewing Machine Sews Leather!
This is a 1951 industrial Singer model 17-23. The 17-23 is best used for shoemaking and general leather work. T he manual says the speed can go up to 1.200 stitches per minute when installed on a"power table" Serial number AK569167 dates it to October 17. 1951. Only 1,000 of this model were made that day, and it's a rare model. 4,000 total were made by the end of the year. Here are some other features of this machine. This machine has a cylinder bed. Oscillating shuttle, and provides 10 1/2' of clear working space. It has a reversible feed, alternating pressers, roller presser, and long beak high point shuttle. I t has a diameter at end of the cylinder of 1 7/8' and a maximum stitch length of 6 1/3' The feed position can be from the left or right of needle. It uses a central bobbin. I don't have a foot pedal ... moreor bobbin to test it. But moving the hand wheel manually makes the needle go up and down fine. The needle needs to be replaced, and the machine likely needs a servicing. The motor installed at a later point on the machine will come with it. It's a YDK model YM-40 motor, and I don't know if it works due to not having a foot pedal. I didn't find where one would plug in even if I had one. Given the motor's not original this must originally be a treadle machine. I've only been able to find one of this exact model at the link below where it sold for $450+ shipping. But it was in better shape and working. This machine is missing a few screws in places and enamel loss but I don't see any parts missing necessary for it to work besides the bobbin, new needle, and foot pedal or treadle base if one wants to install it in one. This is a perfectly operating Singer 69-26 bartacker. It's made for tacking garments such as pants. Attaching belt loops, reinforcements points etc. The tacks can be adjusted from 5/16" to 5/8" This machine is identical to the famous 69-8 that most denim companies use. The only difference is the stitch count. This machine is a 28 stitch consisting of 8 staying, 17 covering and 3 tying stitches. No problems with heavy material and denim. 1900s Industrial Antique Singer Sewing Sofa Table Cast Iron & Wood 4.5' Long
This is a fabulous antique sewing table made by Singer Manufacturing in the early 1900s. This table is all original. It would be perfect as a sofa or foyer table. It has a wood top with burl wood inlay on the long sides. The legs are cast iron with great scroll work and little metal wheels. The table measures 29-1/2" tall, it is 56-1/4" long and 18-3/4" wide. It is in excellent condition. On close inspection it shows normal vintage scuffs and some rings on the top but nothing outstanding and no abuse. This table comes from a smoke free and pet free home, it is clean and ready to use. The table will be shipped by Greyhound Package Express and it will have to be picked up at the buyers local Greyhound bus depot.
