I have up for auction a vintage no.25 Enterprise cider.Wine press/sausage stuffer.It comes with the spout,small and large plate large strainer and basket strainer.The press is in good working condition but has surface rust and will need a good cleaning before using.It also has a lot of paint missing.I believe the basket strainer has been repaired but still fits in the press nicely.It is marked Enterprise MFG. CO. Phila. U.S.A. on one side and the other side has 2 patent dates-April 10 1883 and July 11 1876.The spout has a dent but it will still work.It is approx. a 4 quart press.

Up for auction is an antique 4 quart Enterprise sausage stuffer/ fruit press in very good condition. It comes with all the parts shown in the pics. It has been sand blasted. Primed and painted satin black with gold lettering. It has 2 patent dates of 1876 and 1883. There are no breaks or repairs anywhere on the cast iron. The wood handle has been cracked and repaired with epoxy and seems solid. The crank turns freely with no issues and the gears are in good shape. The inside was sand blasted but not painted.

All parts are there(removable handle, small plate, large plate, stainer basket, strainer plate, original aluminum sausage stuffer spout, with cast iron nut) It is in as found condition. The basket holds 4 quarts and measures about 7" high and 7" in diameter. The entire apparatus is about 24" tall when fully open. This device is fully functioning, the gears and handle easily turn, and it easily opens and closes. Bought this at a old closed down farmers butcher shop in Nazareth PA. The press would not move at all so I took it all apart cleaned it up and now you can turn the handle with 1 finger. Shows some rust here and there just needs a through cleaning. The strainer basket is in great condition no dings and round.Handle has no cracks and works smoothly. I believe this is a complete set. Duck Press, Sausage Stuffer Fruit Press 4qt Industrial Red Blue Vintage 4 quart
This is a nice press that has been kept in an industrial steampunk motif where the patina. Rivets and gears have a nice aesthetic appeal for decorators and restaurateurs who don't want the old black and gold look so common. It is a nice red and blue so it is perfect all American décor. It works fine and can be used with the existing basket and strainer plate. Commercially one might look into Chop-Rite spares on the basket that would allow it to be as functionally desirable as possible. The basket is fine for home use but the welds on the tabs are not 100% see the pictures) and would likely become an issue with heavy use. What you see is what you get. I don't have any backup plates and such. Just a really fun item.

Enterprise 4 Quart #25 Sausage Stuffer Fruit/Lard Press (read Description)
You are viewing a Enterprise 4 Quart#25 Sausage Stuffer Fruit/Lard Press. I have done a good many of these sausage stuffers and have done light research on them and I have come to believe that this sausage stuffer is one of the first ones that were made in several different styles. If you look in the pictures there is a locking devise that is supposed to be on the back but this one was made without one. During their R&D while making these presses they added on a locking lever to keep the arch from swinging open. Working on some of the other ones that I have done in the past there were some casting markings on separate pieces that disassemble. This one has none except for an X that is marked on the bottom of the bucket. From the ones that I have seen there are different types of art work and lettering and labels put on the bucket. I did ... moretake a picture of the original lettering font style from that time period. I believe that the decals were put on later presses. I was able to find the period correct lettering fonts for this and reproduced it as close as possible. After looking at the others I have done in the past I never noticed any art work to be the same and they were done with stencil on an assembly line. I also reproduced the art work that was on the side as depicted in the description. I completely broke this down n gave it an electrosis cleaning and seasoned the bucket as you would a cast iron skillet. So this can be used or display. Original Antique Enterprise MFG Cast Iron Sausage Stuffer Press 4 Quart No 25
Up for auction is a really neat Enterprise sausage stuffer that looks like it has the original paint/finish/lettering on it. Making quite unique. I found it in an estate in Bella Vista, Arkansas. On the front of it reads"THIS CYLINDER IS BORED TRUE" 4 Qts NO 25" It has all the original pieces with it, although I do not believe the little brass nozzle is the original nozzle(but it fits) The handle& gears turn freely, and the press appears to be in functional condition, though it could use a little cleaning/sprucing up. It is for the most part, rust free, though it looks like there is a little surface rust on some of the smaller components. Please refer to the pictures to see exactly what you're bidding on. Up for auction is a vintage Enterprise Sausage Stuffer 4 quart parts lot: 1 handle that measures 8 ¼” long. The wood piece measures 4 ½” long. There is a square tapered hole on top to fit onto the arch. The wood handle has some splits. Please check pictures. 1 arch for top of stuffer with gears and threaded rod. The arch at the base measures 9 ¾” end to end. The arch has Enterprise Mfg. Co. Phila. U.S.A. on one side and other side has Patented April 10 1883 on the top and bottom has Pat July 11 1876. The threaded rod measures 14 ½” long. 2 bolts that connect the yolk to the bottom– 1 measures 8 ¾” long and other bolt measures 9” long.
