This brochure is a single piece four page pamphlet format printed on slick glossy paper with engravings of the sausage stuffer on the front and back cover panels. This brochure is not dated but looks to be from the 1890s so I'd date it to around 1895 or so. The machine is titled C.W. Hottman's Patent Steam Stuffer and the R.T. Randall& Company of Philadelphia is listed as sole agents. This brochure indicates that these machines came in either 100 pound or 200 pound capacity models and gives the features and benefits of these sausage stuffers which included"no possibility of water or oil getting into meat" The brochure also indicates"in ... moreuse by ALL Packers and large butchers in the City of Philadelphia" This brochure is an original antique published around 1895 and is fully complete and in very good shape overall.
