This auction is for a Hollymatic 400 Patty machine and several extras. This patty machine is one of the first Hollymatics made. The first picture is of the one that is running. It is in fair shape but could use some work. It will work however. There is some rust on it. It has a homemade turntable style patty catcher. All the parts are on it except for some of the shields. There are two pictures of the machine that dont run. It has a longer patty catch. This unit is missing several parts but as you can tell in other pics there are several extra parts to go with them. The working one has the only motor and it is in good shape less than 2 years old. There are two extra transmissions but both need rebuilding. There are several patty molds 3oz, 4oz, 6oz, and oval 8oz. The burger knockouts are in rough shape. We do have a machined aluminum for ... morethe 4 and 6 oz. There are to many parts to list all. Offered is a vintage safety apron made of non-magnetic stainless steel. This is a well-made but unmarked apron. The front is made up of small square plates which are interlocked with round metal fasteners on the back. There are canvas bands with eyelets at both top(the belt) and bottom. The belt is fitted with a double-D ring fastener. The apron measures 16 inches tall by 20 inches wide. The canvas belt is 43 inches long. This is a heavy piece which weighs about 2 ½ pounds.
